무방향 펜체 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 일반된 후의 펜소재를 일정 길이로 절단한 펜체의 사시도.
제2도는 전면 단부를 원추형으로 형성한 후의 펜체의 측면도.
제3도는 펜체의 원추형으로 형성된 선단에 펜포인트볼(pen point ball)을 응접한 후의 펜체의 측면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 무방향 펜체 제조 방법에 있어서, 3개 또는 그 이상의 블레이드 부분이 펜 소재의 길이를 따라 등간격으로 반경방향으로 돌출되도록 금속 봉을 인발하여 펜 소재를 형성하는 공정과, 상기 펜체를 소정의 길이를 값는 펜체로 절단하는 공정과 펜체의 선단에 펜포인트볼을 용접하는 공정과, 각 펜체의 전방선단을 원추형으로 형성하는 공정과 상기 펜포인트 볼을 통해 소정 깊이로 펜체의 선단으로 부터 상기 펜체를 연삭하여 각기 인접한 블레이트 부분 사이에 형성된 V-형 홈으로부터 대응된 블레이드 부분대로 소정 깊이로 연장되는 종방향 슬로트를 형성하는 공정과 상기 종방향 슬로트가 폐쇄된 상태에서 상기 펜체의 펜 선단 주위에 대칭이 대해 되도록 펜포인트볼을 연삭하는 공정과 상기 펜포인트볼 대에 형성된 슬로트가 폐쇄되도록 상기 펜체를 소성 변형시키는 공정으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무방향 펜체 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 펜체대에 형성된 슬로트가 개방된 상태로 펜체를 고정하여 펜포인트볼 대에 형성된 슬로트의 연부만이라도 연마하는 공정을 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무방향 펜체 제조방법.
