Claims (72)

  1. 열회복 가능한 직물과 중합체 기저재료의 복합구조로서 이루어지며, (a) 상기 열회복 가능한 직물은 가열되면 회복되는 섬유들로 구성되며, 이 섬유는 그 회복온도 이상의 온도에서 적어도 5×10-2Mpa의 회복응력(Y)를 가지며, (b) 상기 중합체 기저재료는, 상기 섬유의 회복온도 또는 그 이상의 어떤 한 온도(T)에서, 이 중합체 재료가 20% 이상의 파단연신율을 가지며, 또(분당 300%의 변형율에서 측정하여) 적어도의 10-2Mpa 20% 시컨트계수(X)를 가지며, R을 복합구조의 전체 체적이나 적절한 어떤 한 부위상의 주어진 방향에 따른, 복합구조내의 열회복 가능한 섬유의 평균유효체적분이라고 한다면, 상기 온도(T)에서는 식(1)을

  3. 제1항에 있어서, 열회복 가능한 섬유는 그 회복온도 이상의 어떤 온도 상에서 적어도 10-1Mpa 회복응력을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 치수회복이 가능한 부재.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 열회복 가능한 섬유는 그 회복온도 이상의 어떤 온도상에서 적어도 5×10-1Mpa의 회복응력을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 치수회복이 가능한 부재.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 열회복 가능한 섬유는 그 회복온도 이상의 어떤 온도상에서 적어도 1Mpa의 회복응력을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 치수회복이 가능한 부재.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 열회복 가능한 섬유는 교차결합된 중합체 재료로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 치수회복이 가능한 부재.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 열회복 가능한 섬유는 적어도 20%의 교질함량을 가지도록 교차결합됨을 특징으로 하는 치수회복이 가능한 부재.

  10. 제8항에 있어서, 열회복 가능한 섬유는 한쪽 방향에 놓여있고, 열안정한 섬유는 상기 열회복 가능한 섬유와 어떤 각도를 이루며 높이게 됨을 특징으로 하는 치수회복이 가능한 부재.
  11. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 치수적으로 열안정한 섬유는 유리섬유를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 치수회복이 가능한 부재.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 기저재료는 섬유의 회복온도 또는 그 이상의 온도상에서 50% 이상의 파단연신율을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 치수회복이 가능한 부재.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 중합체 기저재료는 섬유의 회복온도 또는 그 이상의 온도상에서 100% 이상의 파단연신율을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 치수회복이 가능한 부재.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 기저 중합체재료는 교차 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 치수회복이 가능한 부재.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 기저재료는 103-108㎠의 범위에서 복합적인 동적계수(Complex dynamic-modulus)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 치수회복이 가능한 부재.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 기저재료는 직물을 구성하는 섬유들의 표면중 적어도 주요부위를 둘러싸게 됨을 특징으로 하는 치수회복이 가능한 부재.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 직물을 구성하는 섬유들은 기저중합체 재료에 의해서 완전히 둘러싸이게 됨을 특징으로 하는 치수회복이 가능한 부재.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 열회복 가능한 섬유가 정하는 체적의 복합구조의 전체 체적에 대한 비율은 최소한 0.01 : 1이 됨을 특징으로 하는 치수회복이 가능한 부재.

  40. 회복 가능한 섬유성분에 의해서 회복가능하게 되는 복합구조로 이루어진 치수회복이 가능한 부재의 제조에 있어서, (a) 가열되면 회복되는 섬유들로 구성되며, 이 섬유는 그 회복온도 이상의 온도에서 적어도 5×10-2Mpa의 회복응력(Y)를 가지게되는 열회복 가능한 직물을 제공하며, (b) 상기 섬유의 회복온도 또는 그 이상의 어떤 한 온도(T)에서, 20% 이상의 파단연신율을 가지며, 또(분단 300%의 변형율에서 측정하여) 적어도 10-2Mpa의 20% 시컨트 계수(X)를 가지며, R을 복합구조의 전체체적이나 적절한 어떤 한 부위상의 주어진 방향에 따른 복합구조내의 열회복 가능한 섬유의 평균 유효체적분이라고 한다면 상기 온도(T)에서는 아래의 부등식(1)을
  41. 만족하게 되는 연신율-온도관계를 가지게되는 중합체재료를 상기 직물의 지저로서 적용시키게 됨을 특징으로 하는 치수회복이 가능한 부재의 제조방법.
  42. 제39항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 재료는 고열절층이나 스프레이식 도포 또는 분말도포에 의해서 도포하게 됨을 특징으로 하는 치수회복이 가능한 부재의 제조방법.
  43. 제39항 또는 40항에 있어서, 추가로 상기 중합체 재료를 적용시키기에 앞서 먼저 직물의 섬유를 교차결합시키게 됨을 특징으로 하는 치수회복이 가능한 부재의 제조방법.
  44. 제41항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 조사단계를 거치게 됨을 특징으로 하는 치수회복이 가능한 부재의 제조방법.

  67. 제64항에 있어서, 상대적인 비임반응은, 회복가능한 섬유내의 프로레드의 존재와 또는 중합체 재료상의 안티래드의 존재에 의하여 발생함을 특징으로 하는 치수회복이 가능한 부재.
  68. 회복 가능한 섬유와, 그 위에 절충되는 중합체 기저재료로서 구성되는 유연성의 회복가능한 복합구조이며, (a) 회복가능한 섬유는 1.5-5Mpa의 회복응력을 가진 교차결합되고 회복가능한 폴리올레핀으로 구성되며, (b) 기저재료는 복합구조에서의 기저재료의 회복율이 그 자체만으로서의 회복율에 비해 적어도 65%가 되고, 조사된 후의 중합체 기저재료는 본래 분당 300%의 변형율에서 측정하여 400-700의 실온연신율을 가지도록 교차결합됨을 특징으로 하는 치수회복이 가능한 부재의 제조방법.
  69. 제66항에 있어서, 직물은 어느 한쪽 방향에는 회복가능한 폴리올레핀으로서, 그리고 다른 방향에는 열안정성 섬유로서 이루어진 위빙된 직물임을 특징으로 하는 치수회복이 가능한 부재.
