- 회복 가능한 섬유성분에 의해서 회복가능하게 되는 복합구조로 이루어진 치수회복이 가능한 부재의 제조에 있어서, (a) 가열되면 회복되는 섬유들로 구성되며, 이 섬유는 그 회복온도 이상의 온도에서 적어도 5×10-2Mpa의 회복응력(Y)를 가지게되는 열회복 가능한 직물을 제공하며, (b) 상기 섬유의 회복온도 또는 그 이상의 어떤 한 온도(T)에서, 20% 이상의 파단연신율을 가지며, 또(분단 300%의 변형율에서 측정하여) 적어도 10-2Mpa의 20% 시컨트 계수(X)를 가지며, R을 복합구조의 전체체적이나 적절한 어떤 한 부위상의 주어진 방향에 따른 복합구조내의 열회복 가능한 섬유의 평균 유효체적분이라고 한다면 상기 온도(T)에서는 아래의 부등식(1)을

- 제39항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 재료는 고열절층이나 스프레이식 도포 또는 분말도포에 의해서 도포하게 됨을 특징으로 하는 치수회복이 가능한 부재의 제조방법.
- 제39항 또는 40항에 있어서, 추가로 상기 중합체 재료를 적용시키기에 앞서 먼저 직물의 섬유를 교차결합시키게 됨을 특징으로 하는 치수회복이 가능한 부재의 제조방법.

- 회복 가능한 섬유와, 그 위에 절충되는 중합체 기저재료로서 구성되는 유연성의 회복가능한 복합구조이며, (a) 회복가능한 섬유는 1.5-5Mpa의 회복응력을 가진 교차결합되고 회복가능한 폴리올레핀으로 구성되며, (b) 기저재료는 복합구조에서의 기저재료의 회복율이 그 자체만으로서의 회복율에 비해 적어도 65%가 되고, 조사된 후의 중합체 기저재료는 본래 분당 300%의 변형율에서 측정하여 400-700의 실온연신율을 가지도록 교차결합됨을 특징으로 하는 치수회복이 가능한 부재의 제조방법.
- 제66항에 있어서, 직물은 어느 한쪽 방향에는 회복가능한 폴리올레핀으로서, 그리고 다른 방향에는 열안정성 섬유로서 이루어진 위빙된 직물임을 특징으로 하는 치수회복이 가능한 부재.
