Claims (12)

  1. 적어도 두가지 층으로 이루어지되 첫 번째 층은 1000gms/㎡/일 이상의 습기투과율을 가지며 물과의 접촉각이 90도 이상으로 향상된 소수성 재료로 이루어지고, 두 번째 층은 첫번째 층의 내면에 한쪽 표면의 대부분이 연결되어 있으며1000gms/㎡/일 이상의 습기투과율을 가지고 있는 엘라스토머스성이며 친수성인 재료로 이루어진 복합물품에 신축성을 부여하는 제조방법에 있어서, 이 복합물품을 기계적으로 연신시켜이 물품에 신축성을 부여한 후 이완시키되 첫 번째 층을 이층의 항복점보다 적어도 5%는 한 방향으로 신장시켜 연신함을 특징으로 하는 신축성 복합물픔의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 복합물품을 기계방향으로 기계적으로 연신시킴을 특징으로 하는 신축성 복합물품의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 복합물품을 기계방향과 가로방향의 두 방향으로 기계적으로 연신시킴을 특징으로 하는 신축성 복함물품의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 친수성층의 대부분이 소수성층과 연결되어 있으며 친수성층의 표면과 접착되어 접촉하고 있는 섬유외면층은 친수성층과 동시에 늘어남을 특징으로 하는 신축성 복합불품의 제조방법.
  5. 1000gms/㎡/일 이상의 습기투과율을 가지며 물과의 접촉각이 90도 이상으로 향상된 소수성 재료로 이루어진 첫 번째 층과, 첫 번째 층의 내면에 한쪽 표면의 대부분이 연결되어 있으며 1000gms/㎡/일 이상의 습기투과율을 가지고 있는 엘라스토머싱이며 친수성인 재료로 이루어진 친수성 층으로 이루어져 있는 복합물품에 있어서, 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 의한 방법으로 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 신축성 복합물품.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,소수성층이 발포성 폴리테트라플 루오로에틸렌으로된 미소다공성 시이트로 이루어져 있음을 특징으로 하는 신축성 복합물품.
  7. 제5항 재지 제6항에 있어서, 친수성층이 폴리에테르-폴리우레탄으로 이루어져 있음을 특징으로 하는 신축성 복합물품.
  8. 제4항에 의한 방법으로 제조된 신축성 복합물품에 있어서, 접착제를 통기성이 있도록 점의 형태로 사용하여서 친수성층을 외면층에 부착함을 특징으로 하는 신축성 복합물품.
  9. 제4항에 의한 방법으로 제조된 신축성 복합물품에 있어서, 섬유외면층이 직조된 재료임을 특징으로 하는 신축성 복합물품.
  10. 제4항에 의한 방법으로 제조된 신축성 복합물품에 있어서, 섬유외면층이 직조되지 않은 재료임을 특징으로 하는 신축성 복합물품.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 섬유외면층이 원래는 신축성을 갖고 있지 않았으나 엘라스토머성이며 친수성인 층에 부착될 경우 신축성을 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 신축성 복합물품.
