Claims (6)
- 워크에 정해진 절삭 가공을 시행하는 수치제어 가공방식에 있어서, 워크의 가공전의 형상을 사전에 입력하여 두고, 이 형상 데이터와 마무리 형상에 의거해서 결정된 공구의 가공경로르 비교하여 상기공구가 상기 워크 형상의 외축에 있는가 아닌가를 판단하고, 외측에 있을 때에는 상기 공구를 고속으로 이동시켜서 되는 수치제어 가공방식.
- 다음 공정으로 되는 워크에 소정의 절삭가공을 시행하는 수치제어 가공 방식.(1) 워크의 가공전의 형상을 입력하는 공정.(2)워크의 마무리 명상을 입력하는 공정.(3) 마무리 형상에 의거해서 공구의 가공 경로를 자동적으로 결정하는 공정.(4) 워크의 가공 전형상의 데이터와 상기 가공 경로를 비교해서 양자의 교점을 구하는 공정.(5) 상기 공정에 의거해서 교점이 있을 때, 가공 개시점이 워크 형상의 외측에 있는가 아니가를 판별하는 공정.(6) 가공 개시점이 워크 형상의 외측에 있을 때는, 최초의 공구 이송 속도를 고속으로 설정하는 공정.(7) 가공 개시점이 워크 형상의 내측에 있을 때는 최초의 공구 이송 속도를 저속으로 설정하는 공정.(8) 공구가 교점에 달할때마다 이송속도를 고속 또는 저속으로 번갈어서 절환하는 공정.
- 특허 청구 범위 제2항에 있어서, 상기 워크 형상과 워크 마무리 형상은 그들의 시점에서 종점까지의 형상을 직선 혹은 원호의 정보로서 입력되는 것을 특징으로하는 수치 제어 가공 방식.
- 특허 청구 범위 제2항에 있어서, 공구의 가공 경로는 사전에 설정된 마무리 형상, 절삭 개시점, 절입량으로 계산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수치 제어 제어 가공방식.
- 특허 청구 범위 제2항에 있어서, 상기 워크의 가공전형상과 상기 공구의 가공경로와의 교점을 절입위치의 X좌표치와 워크의 가공전 형상이 교차하는가 아닌가를 판정하는 것에 의해 만들어지는 것을 특징으로하는 수치 제어 가공 방식.
- 특허 청구 범위 제2항에 있어서, 워크 형상의 외측인가 아닌가의 판정은 워크 형상에 의해 방향에 있어서쪽에 있느냐쪽에 있느냐에 따라서 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수치 제어 가공 방식.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
