Claims (1)
- 다음 일반식(II)의 화합물을 일반식 R3-H의 사이클릭 아민과 반응시킨 다음, 임의로 보호그룹을 제거하고 에스테르 잔기를 가수분해시킴을 특징으로 하는, 다음 일반식(I)의 트리사이클릭 화합물 및 이의 생리학적으로 허용되는 염의 제조방법.상기 일반식에서 X1은 수소원자 또는 할로겐원자이고 Z는 산소원자 또는 메틸렌그룹이고 R1은 사이클릭아미노 그룹으로서, N,S 및 O의 헤테로 원자를 추가로 함유할 수 있으며, 하이드록실그룹, 아미노그룹, 알킬그룹, 모노- 또는 디-알킬아미노 그룹, 하이드록시알킬그룹 및 아미노알킬그룹중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 치환체로 치환될 수 있고 X2는 할로겐원자이고 R2는 수소원자 또는 알킬 그룹이고, R3는 사이클릭아미노 그룹으로서, N,S 및 O의 헤테로 원자를 추가로 함유할 수 있으며, 하이드록실 그룹, 알킬 그룹, 하이드록시알킬 그룹, 디-알킬아미노 그룹, 보호된 아미노 그룹, 보호된 모노-알킬아미노알킬그룹 및 보호된 아미노알킬 그룹중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 치환체로 치환될 수 있다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
