Claims (5)

  1. 지면에 안치된 축받이(1)와 축받이에 설치되어 그 축이 테이블과 평행하며 수평인 최소한 한개의 접속부(5)에 의해 회전되는 지지테이블(3)과 테이블을 회전시키는 구동장치(14,15,16)로 구성되는 대형부품 경사장치로서, 축받이(1)와 테이블(3) 사이의 연결장치(21)와 폐정장치(27)로 구성되며, 연결장치(21)는 한 개의 수평축을 갖춘 접속부(20)에 의해 그 회전축에 멀리 떨어진 테이블(3)의 한쪽에 연결되고, 한개의 수평축을 갖춘 다른 접속부에 의해 축받이(1)에 연결되며, 테이블의 각 접속부와 부연결장치(21)에 수반된 폐정장치(27)는 접속핀(10)주위에 설치되어 탄성 고정장치(41)와 함께 작동되는 최소한 한개의 고정부품(28,29)과 고정부품(28,29)과 함께 장치를 풀어주는 유압잭(33)으로 구성되고, 테이블(3)의 연속구동장치(14,15,16)는 잭(33)에 공급되는 압력에 의해 조절됨으로서 모든 접속부가 풀린 상태에서 장치가 가동되는 것이 방지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경사장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 테이블 구동장치(14,15,16)는 테이블에 접속된 두 개의 톱니부(14a,14b)와 모터감속기어장치(16)로 구성되며, 축받이에 고정된 모터 감속기어장치(16)의 출력 피니언(15a,15b)이 톱니부(14a,14b)에 기어접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경사장치.
  3. 제1항과 제2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 축받이(1)와 테이블(3) 사이의 부연결장치는 한쪽끝이 테이블(3)에 피봇되고 다른쪽 끝에 연결봉(21)에 대해 회전하며 축받이(1)의 직선홈에 물려 있는 핀을 갖춘 두개의 연결봉(21a,21b)으로 되어 있어, 테이블(3)에 연결된 연결봉(21)의 한쪽끝이 원형경로를 따라 움직일 때 연결봉(21)의 다른 쪽끝은 직선경로를 따라 움직이는 것을 특징으로 하는 경사장치.
  4. 제1항에서 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고정부품(28,29)과 함께 작동되는 탄성장치(41)가 층으로 된 격막스프링 와셔인 것을 특징으로 하는 경사장치.
