Claims (5)

  1. 일가 또는 다가 페놀과 에피클로로하이드린을 알칼리 금속 수산화물의 존재하에 반응시켜 일가 또는 다가 페놀의 글리시딜 에테르를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 환상 또는 직쇄상 에테르 화합물의 공존하에 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제4급 암모늄염 또는 제4급 암모늄 염기의 공존하에 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 환상 에테르가 디옥산임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물계 중에 수분을 0.2 내지 2.5중량% 존재시킴을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  5. 제1,2,3 또는 4항에 있어서, 일가 또는 다가 페놀의 에피클로로하이드린 용액과 환상 또는 직쇄 에테르 화합물을 용해한 용액에 알칼리 금속 수산화물의 수용액을 연속적으로 첨가하고 이 반응 혼합물로부터 물, 에피클롤히드린 및 환상 또는 직쇄 에테르 화합물을 공비시켜 액화 분액하고 유기 물층은 반응 혼합물 중에 순환시켜 수층을 제거함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
