Claims (5)
- 일반식(Ⅴ)의 아민을 일반식(여기에서 L1는 이탈그룹이다.)의 화합물 또는 일반식 RR8R9C-N-=C=A의 시약과 반응시키거나, 일반식(Ⅴ′)의 화합물을 일반식 H2NCR8R9R의 아민과 반응시키거나, 일반식(Ⅴ″)의 화합물을 일반식 H2NCR8R9R(여기에서 R은 C2-4알케닐이다.)의 아민과 반응 시키거나, 또는 일반식 (Ⅴ"')의 화합물의 염을 일반식 HS(CH2)n-NH-CA-NH-CR8R9R의 티올과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(XX)의 티아졸 유도체 및 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서R1및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 H 또는 (C1-C4)-알킬이고,R1및 R2중 하나는 젠질 또는 벤조일 일 수 있으며,R1및 R2는 이들이 부착된 질소와 함께 1 또는 2개의 헤테로원자를 함유한 5 내지 7원 포화헤테로사이 클릭 환을 형성할 수 있고, 단 Z가 CH2인 경우 R1및 R2중의 단지 하나가 H일 수 있으며,R3는 H 또는 (C1-C3)알킬이고,Z는 O, S 또는 CH2이며,n은 Z가 S 또는 0인 경우 2 또는 3이고, Z가 CH2인 경우는 1,2 또는 3이며;m는 1,2 또는 3이고;R5는 H 또는 CH3이며 ;A는 N-CN, N-NO2, CH-NO2, S, O, NH, N-(C1-C4)-알킬, N-SO2-아릴, N-SO2-(C1-C4)-알킬, N-CO-NH2, N-CO-(C1-C4)-알킬, N-CO2-(C1-C4)-알킬, CH-SO2-아릴 또는 CH-SO2-(C1-C4)-알킬(여기에서 아릴은 페닐, 할로페닐, (C1-C4)-알킬페닐 또는 (C1-C4)-알킬옥시페닐이다)이고;R은 (C2-C4) 알케닐 또는 (C2-C4)-알키닐이며;R8및 R9는 각각 독립적으로 H, CH3또는 C2H5이며, 단 CR8R9R 그룹에 있어서 탄소원자의 총수는 7보다 작아야 하고;L2는 이탈그룹이며;L3는 바람직한 이탈그룹이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, Z가 S이고 n이 2인 일반식(XX)의 티아졸 유도체 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, R이 에티닐이며 R9및 R9이 둘다 수소인 일반식(XX)의 티아졸 유도청 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, N-(2-프로피닐)-N'-2-(2-디메틸아미노메틸-4-티아졸릴메틸티오) 에틸 2-니트로-1,1-에렌디아민의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, N-(2-프로피닐)-N'-2-(2-디메틸아미노메틸-4-티아졸릴메틸티오) 에틸-N"-시아노구아니딘의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
