Claims (3)
- 하기 구조식 Ⅰ의 염료를 최소한 1개 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기광학 표시원소에 대한 하나이상의 다색성 염료를 가지는 액정 유전체.상기 구조식에서, R1및 R2는 동일 또는 상이하며, 3-8C 원자를 가지는 알킬 또는 알콕시 또는 Z-Y-기 이며 이러한 라디칼중 하나는 수소, 메틸, 에틸, 메톡시 또는 에톡시 일수도 있으며, Z는 R-Ph, R-Ph-Ph-, R-Cy-,R-Cy-Cy-R-Cy-Ph 또는 R-Ph-Cy Ph는 각각의 경우에 있어서 1,4-페닐렌 라디칼이며, Cy는 각각의 경우에 있어서 1,4-시클로알킬렌라디칼이고, Y는 -CH2-, -O-, -S-, -NH-, -CH2CH2-,-CH|2-O-, -CH2-S-, -CH2NH 또는 직접 결합이고 R은 소수 또는 각각의 경우에 있어서1-8C원자의 알킬 또는 알콕시이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, (a)R1및 R2가 동시에 P-톨릴티오가 아니며 동시에 아닐리노가 아니고, (b) R2가 H가 아닌 경우 R1이 오로지 P-톨릴티오, 아닐리노 또는 P-아니시이디노일 경우, 하기 구조식Ⅱ(R1및 R2는 상기 정의된 것임)의 디아미노 나프토퀴논을 가수분해하거나 또는하기 구조식 Ⅲ(R1및 R2는 상기 정의된 것임)의 나프타자린 유도체를 하기 구조식Ⅳ(X는 -S-또는-NH이며 Z는 상기 정의된 것임)의 혼합물과 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 하기 구조식I(R1은 Z -S-- 또는 Z-NH-)화합물의 제조공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 액정 유전체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 전기 광학표시 소자.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
