제2도:막의 한쪽면에 부착된 전류 집전기-전극을 2000배 확대한 스캐닝 전자 현미경 사진.
제3도:결합된 원격 전층이 전기화학적으로 활성인 물질 및 전도성 희석제의 혼합체인 막을 결합된 다층 구조를 2000배 확대한 스캐닝 전자 현미경사진.

Claims (16)

  1. 전도성층, 및 전기 화학반응대가 전극층에 존재하고 막으로부터 간격을 두고 막에서 격리된 전도성층의 표면에 부착된 전기촉매적으로 활성인 전극층으로 이루어진 막의 적어도 한면이 액체 및 가스 투과성 다층 구조로 이루어진 양이온 교환막에 의해 분리된 한쌍의 전극사이에서 전해질 액을 전기 분해 시킴을 특징으로하는 가성 알카리의 제조방법.
  2. 구조물이 막 표면으로부터 떨어진 조절된 곳에서 가성알카리가 형성되도록 높은 과전압을 갖는 막과 이에 부착된 대와의 반응을 위해 서로다른 과전압을 가진 적어도 2개의 반응대로 이루어지고, 가성알카리가 제도되는 막의 적어도 한면이 전기 화학적 반응의 위치를 조절시키기 위한 구조물로 이루어진 양이온 교환막에 의해 분리된 한쌍의 전극사이에서 알카리금속 용액을 전기분해시킴을 특징으로하는 가성알카리 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 구조물이 막에서 격리되어 있으며 가성알카리 제조에 이용되는 낮은 과전압층과의 반응을 서로다른 과전압을 갖는 다수의 층을 함유하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 막에 부착된 과전압층이 전기 전도성 물질을 포함하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 과전압층이 전기 전도성 물질을 포함하는 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 과전압층이 전기전도성 비금속성물질을 포함하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 알카리금속할로겐화물 수용액을 한쪽 전극에서 전기분해하여 할로겐을 제조하고, 막에 부착된 다층 구조로 되어 있는 다른 한쪽 전극층에서 가성액을 제조하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 알카리금속황산염수용액을 한쪽 전극에서 전기분해하여 황산을 제조하고, 막에 부착된 다층 구조로 되어 있는 다른 한쪽 전극층에서 가성액을 제조하는 방법.
  9. 막의 표면에 부착된 전도성의 전기 화학적으로 비반응성인 층 및 막으로부터 격리 조절된 곳에서 반응이 일어나도록 막에서 격리되어 있으며 비-반응성 층의표면에 부착된 전기촉매적으로 활성인층을 갖는 다층 구조로 이루어진, 투과 선택성 이온-교환막으로 구성된 단일 막-전극 조립품.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 막에 보다 가까운층에 반응을 위한 과전압을 걸어 줌으로써 반응이 주로 막-전극 경계면으로부터 떨어진 곳에서 일어나게 하는 단일 막-전극 조립품.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 막에 부착된 층이 전기 전도성 물질을 포함하는 단일 막-전극 구조물.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 막에 부착된 층이 비전도성 물질을 포함하는 단일 막-전극 구조물.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 막에 부착된 층이 전기 전도성 물질을 포함하는 단일 막-전극 조성물.
  14. 선택적 전기 화학반응을 위해 서로 다른 과전압을 갖는 여러층으로 이루어지며, 낮은 과전압을 갖는층이 구조물의 전극 부분으로 작용하는 전기 화학적반응을 위한 미립자형의 액체 및 기체 투과성 다층 구조물.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 선택적 전기 화학반응을 위해 높은 과전압을 갖이며 이온이 동막에 부착될 층을 함유하는 두층으로 구성된 다층 전극.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 높은 과전압을 갖는 층이 전기 전도성 물질로 이루어진 다층 전극.
