잭-플러그 조립체
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 조립전의 인써트, 잭 및 플러그를 나타내는 본 발명 조립체의 분해사시도로서, 잭 외측의 점선으로 나타낸 하나의 인써트는 잭 내에 삽입된채 부분 절제되어 도시되고, 잭 내측의 점선으로 나타내어진 다른 인써트는 잭 내에 삽입하기 전의 위치에 사시도로 도시되어 있다.
제2도는 2개의 인써트들이 제위치에 배치된 잭의 후면부분의 사시도로서, 플러그가 잭에 삽입되기 전의 위에 사시도로 도시되어 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 잭 및 플러그를 이용하는 다중 연결 조립체에 있어서, 잭이 (a) 전방 부분과 후방 부분을 가진 절연 하우징. (b) 2개의 측벽들에 의해 형성되고 하우징의 전방 부분으로부터 후방 부분으로 연장하는 하우징내 중간 공동부. (c) 하우징의 전방 부분내에 삽입된 플러그를 수용하도록 각 측벽에 형성된 1쌍의 가이드레일, (d) 2개의 측벽, 전방벽 밋 천정에 의해 형성되고 상부 잭인써트를 수용하는 하우징내 상부 공동부, (e) 2개의 측벽, 전방벽 밋 바닥으로 형성되고 하부 잭 인써트를 수용하는 하우징내 하부 공동부, (f) 상부 및 하부 공동부에 보충적인 형태 및 크기의 절연 구조를 가지며, 그 구조물의 단부로 부터 나와 있고 그 구조물의 상부에 뒤로 구부려져 있고, 그리하여 중앙 공동부쪽으로 연장하여 인써트들의 잭의 후면으로 부터 상하부 공동부내로 삽입된 때 단자 단부를 형성하는 단일의 스프링 와이어 도체를 하나씩 수용하는 다수의 내부채널들을 가진 상하부 잭 인써트로 구성되어 있고; 플러그가 (a) 다수의 절연된 와이어를 포함하는 코오드의 단부 부분을 수용하기 위한 코오드 도입 단부와, 상기 절연 와이어의 단부 부분을 둘러싸고 있는 내부 공동부를 가진 절연 하우징, (b) 플러그 하우징내 코오드를 고정시키기 위한 수단, (c) 상기 공동부의 일부분에 형성되어 절연 와이어들을 각각 하나씩 수용하는 다수의 도체 수용홈들을 각각 가진 상부 및 하부 단부를 가지고 있고 상기 코오드 도입 단부의 반대측에 위치하는 도체 접점 단부, (d) 상기 홈 및 플러그 외부와 통하여 있는 다수의 단자수용 개구부, (e) 각 단자수용 개구부내에 배치되고, 상기 홈내 절연 와이어의 절연물을 관통하여 전도 와이어에 계합하는 제1 접점 부분과 플러그의 외부쪽으로 향하여 있고 잭 인써트로 부터의 스프링 와이어 도체에 전기적으로 접촉하는데 이용되는 제2접점 부분을 갖는 전도성의 절연을 관통 단자로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 잭-플러그 조럽체. ·
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 플러그가 잭의 중앙 공동부의 각 측벽의 랫치 수용부에 계합하는 랫치를 각 측부에 가진 상기 조립체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 각 랫치가 잭의 중앙 공동부의 각 측벽내 1쌍의 가이드례일에 얹히는 상기 조립체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상하부 인써트가 잭의 상하부 공동부의 측벽내 랫치 수용홈내에 얹히는 측부 랫치를 가진 상기 조립체.
