Claims (2)
- 일반식(2)의 아민의 디아조늄 화합물을 일반식 (3)의 피리돈 화합물과 커플링시키거나 또는 일반식 (4)의 아미노아조 화합물을 일반식(5)의 디할로게노트리아진 화합물과 반응시키거나 또는 일반식(6)의 디할로게노트리아진 화합물을 일반식(7)의 아미노 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 일반식(1)의 수용성 모노아조 화합물의 제조방법.상기 일반식에서 R1원소원자, 저급알킬그룹, 저급알콕시그룹 또는 염소원자이고, R2는 할로겐원자, 저급알킬그룹 또는 저급알콕시그룹이고, R3는 하이드록시그룹에 의해 치환된 저급알킬그룹, 저급알카노일 아미노그룹, 설파토그룹, 카복시그룹, 또는 설포그룹이고, R은 수소원자, 카바모일그룹, 시아노그룹 또는 설포그룹이고, D는 하나 또는 두 개의 설포그룹에 의해 또는 하나 또는 두 개의 설포그룹 및 저급알킬그룹에 의해 치환된 메타-또는 파라-페닐렌그룹이고, X는 염소 또는 불소원자이고, Y는 비닐그룹 또는 β-위치에서 결합된, 음이온으로서 알카리 조건하에 제거될 수 있는 기를 함유하는 에틸그룹이고, 상기에서의 R1,R2,R3및 R은 동일하거나 서로 상이할 수 있다.
- 제1항에 있어서, Y가 β-하이드록시 에틸그룹을 나타내는 출발화합물을 사용하여, 수득된 Y가 β-하이드록시에틸그룹을 나타내는 일반식 (1)의 상응하는 아조화합물을 에스테르화제 또는 아실화제, 바람직하기는 황산화제와 반응시켜 Y가 에스테르그룹, 바람직하기는 설파토그룹에 의해 β-위치에서 치환된 에틸기를 나타내는 일반식(1) 화합물을 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 :최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
