Claims (8)
- 입상분사매질을 운반기류내에 충진시켜, 운반기류에 의하여 운반 및 가속시켜서 처리대상표면에 분사시킨 다음에, 이러한 입상분사매질이 충진된 운반기류에 분사매질을 가습시키도록 작용하는 물과 같은 액상보충제가 충진된 보충기류를 첨가 또는 주입하는 압축공기분사방법에 있어서, 보충제가 충진된 보충기류를 부하된 운반기류중 분사매질의 속도와 가속이 경미한 영역내에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로하는 압축공기 분사방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보충제가 충진된 보충기류를 분사매질의 가속구간 입구에서 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축공기분사방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서 보충기류를 20°-70°, 특히 45°의 각도로 운반기류속에 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축공기분사방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항에 있어서, 분사매질을 주입영역내에서 회전시키는 것을 특징으로하는 압축공기분사방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항에 있어서, 분사매질을 주입영역내에서 운반기류가 흐르는 방향으로 회전시키는 특히 나선형으로 회전시키는 것을 특징으로하는 압축공기분사방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항에 있어서, 보충기류를 주입영역내에서 운반기류의 압력보다 더 높은 압력으로 운반기류내에 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축공기분사방법.
- 압축공기분사장치에 있어서, 적어도 하나이상의 협착영역이 제공된 노즐영역이 있고, 보충제가 충진된 보충기류를 첨가하는 영역이 노즐영역의 협착영역입구에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축공기분사장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 보충제가 충진된 보충기류가 노즐영역(3)의 축과 45°의 각도를 이루고 협착영역(5)의 입구로부터 협착영역전장의 4분의 1정도 떨어져있는 긴 구멍(8)을 통해 첨가되는 것을 특징으로하는 압축공기분사장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
