Claims (3)
- 하기구조식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 술폰화시키고, 필요에 따라 R2가 보호되는아미노기일 경우의 보호기를 제거시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기구조식(I) 화합물의 제조방법.여기서,R1은 임의로 아실화되거나, 보호되는 아미노기이고,X는 수소 또는 메톡시기이며,R4는 아지도, 할로겐, 임의로 아실화되는 아미노기, 또는 OR5,또는 --S-S-R5기이다.(여기서, R5는 유기잔기이고, n는 0,1 또는 2이다)여기서, R2는 아실화 또는 보호되는 아미노기이고, X 및 R4는 상기에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 출발물질을 실질화시킴을 특징으로 하는방법.
- 하기식(IV)의 화합물을 아실화시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기식(III) 화합물의 제조방법.여기서, R3는 아실화되는 아미노기이고,X는 수소 또는 메톡시이고,R4는 아지도, 할로겐, 임의로 아실화되는 또는 -OR5,또는 S-S-R5기이다(여기서, R5는 유기잔기이고, n는 0,1 또는 2임).여기서, X 및 R4는 상기와 동일한 의미를 갖는다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
