Claims (3)
- 스트렙토마이세스 프라디아에 NRRL 12171을 심부호기성 조건하 상당수준의 항생물질 활성이 생성될 때까지 배양시켜서 마크롤라이드를 수득하거나 23-탈(마이시노실옥시) 타일로신을 화학적 환원제로 환원시켜 Q가 -CH2OH인 마크롤라이드를 형성하고 필요하다면 염화 또는 에스테르화하여 염 또는 에스테르를 형성시킴을 특징으로 하여 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 마크룰라이드 그의 약학적으로 무독한 염, 또는 아실에스테르를 제조하는 방법.상기식에서Q는 -CH2OH 또는 -CHO 이다.
- 23-탈(마이시노일옥시) 타일로신을 제조하는 특허청구 범위 1에 따르는 방법.
