- 항생효력을 나타내는 실제적인 양이 생산될때까지 침수호기성 발효조건하 탄소, 질소 및 무기염류의 동화성원을 함유하는 배양배지에서 노카르디아 오리엔탈리스 NRRL 15232(1983년 12월 5일, 한국종균협회에 기탁번호 KFCC-10069로 기탁됨), 또는 그의 A 51568-생산 돌연변이 균주 또는 변형균주를 배양시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(I)의 항생제를 제조하는 방법.
