Claims (7)
- 연속 길이의 물질을, 감압하, 플라스마 기체의저온 플라스마와 함께 연속 처리하기 위한, 하기의 (a) 내지(h)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.(a) 연속 길이의 물질을 이동시키기 위한 앞구멍 및 앞면상의 뒷구멍 및 뒷벽을 각각 가진 적어도 한개의 플라스마 연소실,(b) 플라스마 연소실의 앞 미치 뒷구멍이 연결된 방향과 수직인 축 및 그의 둘레의 회전축에 의해 지지된 것으로서, 플라스마 연소실 내에 설치된 드럼형의 음극,(c) 드럼형의 음극과 평행하게 축방향으로 플라스마 연소실내에 설치된 적어도 한개의 장대형의 양극.(d) 연속 길이의 물질이 그를 통하여 플라스마 연소실내로 이동되고, 각 밀폐 연소실이 서로 수직으로마주보는 한쌍의 밀폐 로울러와 함께 설치된 적어도 두개의 밀폐 연소실내로 나누어 도입될 수 있도록 하기 위하여, 한 단부가 플라스마 연소실의 앞구멍과 기밀하게 연결되고 다른 한 단부는 공기중에 열려있는 예비진공 연소실.(e) 연속 길이의 물질이 그를 통하여 플라스마 연소실내로 이동되고, 각 밀례 연소실이 서로 수직으로 마주보는 한쌍의 밀폐 로울러와 함께 설치된 적어도 두개의 밀폐 연소실내로 나누어 도입될 수 있도록 하기 위하여, 한 단부가 플라스마 연소실의 둣구멍과 기밀하게 연결되고 다른 한단부는 대기중에 열려있는 뒤 예비 진공 연소실.(f) 플라스마 연소실 및 예비 진공 연소실을 배기시키는 장치,(g) 음극 및 양극에 고주파수의 전략을 공급하는 장치 및(h) 드럼형의 음극, 밀폐 로울러 및 롤-업 로울러를 동시에 회전시키는 장치,
- 연속 길이의 물질을 음극의 표면과 접촉시키도록 하기 위하여, 플라스마 연소실내에 적어도 한개의 안내 로울러가 더 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구범위 1항 기재의 장치.
- 플라스마 연소실의 가장자리 벽중의 한쪽벽상 캔틸레버 지주내에 음극, 양극 및 안내 로울러가 함께 설치되어 있고, 플라스마 연소실의 다른 한쪽 벽은 제거 가능한 플라스마 연소실 덮개임을 특징으로 하는 특허청구범위 2항 기재의 장치.
- 음극, 양극 및 안내 로울러가 장치된 플라스마 연소실의 가장자리 벽이 거꾸로 장치될 수 있고, 거꾸로 장치 안될 수도 있음을 특징으로 하는 특허청구범위 3항 기재의 장치.
- 플라스마 연소실 및 예비 진공 연소실을 배기시키는 장치가, 플라스마 연소실, 도는 플라스마 연소실에 관해 대칭 위치에 있는 앞 및 뒤 예비 진공 연소실 내의 각쌍의 밀폐 연소실 중의 하나, 및 각 진공 펌프와 각각 연결된 복수개의 진공선으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 특허청구범위 1항 기재의 장치.
- 음극, 밀폐 로울러 및 롤-업 로울러로 전달시키는 장치가 선축(line shaft)으로 부터의 추진력을 음극, 밀폐 연소실 및 롤-업 로울러로 전달시키기 위한 전도축 및 전동기에 의해 가동되는 전동기, 선축으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 특헝청구범위 1항 기재의 장치.
- 두개의 플라스마 연소실이 서로 직렬로 연결되어 있으며, 둘째 믈라스마 연소실의 음극, 양극 및 안내 로울러가 첫째 플라스마 연소실의 음극, 양극 및 안내 로울러에 대하여 거꾸로 위치해 있음을 특징으로 하는 특허청구범위 4항 기재의 장치※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
