Claims (1)
- 다음 일반식(Ⅱ) 또는 (Ⅰa)의 화합물을 질소원자에서 적당히 치환시키거나 다음 일반식(Ⅲ) 또는 (Ⅳ)의 화합물을 환원시키거나 다음 일반식(Ⅴ)의 화합물을 다음 일반식(Ⅵ)의 아민과 반응시키거나 다음 일반식(Ⅶ)의 4급암모늄염기를 가열시키거나 적당한 상응하는 4급 암모늄염을 가열시키거나 염기로 처리하거나 다음 일반식(Ⅰb) 또는 (Ⅷ)로부터 R5로 표시되는 알킬기 또는 R6로 표시되는 보호기를 떼어내거나 다음 일반식(Ⅰc)의 화합물을 에테르화하거나 다음 일반식(Ⅸ)의 화합물을 환원조건하 일반식(Ⅵ)의 아민과 반응시키거나 일반식(Ⅰ)의 라세미 화합물을 광학적 활성 대장체로 분해시키거나 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 약학적으로 무독한 산부가염으로 전환시킴을 포함하는 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 그의 약학적으로 무독한 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서R1은 하이드록시 또는 저급알콕시기를 나타내며n은 1 또는 2를 나타내고R2는 저급알킬기를 나타내며R3은 수소원자 또는 저급알킬, 저급알케닐 또는 저급 사이클로 알킬메틸기를 나타내며R11은 저급알콕시기를 나타내며R31는 수소원자 또는 저급알케닐 또는 저급 사이클로알킬메틸기를 나타내며R32는 저급알킬기를 나타내고R33는 수소원자 또는 저급알킬, 저급알케닐 또는 저급 사이클로 알킬메틸기를 나타내며R4는 포르밀, 저급알카노일 또는 저급알콕시카보닐기를 나타내거나R33이 저급알킬기를 나타내고 R4가 저급사이클로알킬카보닐기를 나타내며X는 이탈기를 나타내며R5는 저급알킬기를 나타내고R6는 보호기를 나타내며R34는 저급알킬, 저급알케닐 또는 저급사이클로알킬메틸기를 나타낸다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
