Claims (1)

  1. (1) 다음식(Ⅱ)의 화합물 또는 그의 작용 유도체와 다음 식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 반응시키고; (2) 다음식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 브롬화 수소산으로 처리하고; (3) 다음식 (Ⅴ)의 화합물을 촉매 수소화시키고; (4) 다음식(Ⅵ)의 화합물을 다음식(Ⅶ)의 화합물과 반응시키고; (5) 다음식(Ⅶ)의 화합물과 알킬화제를 반응시키고; 및 (6) 바람직하다면, 얻어진 화합물을 그의 제약에 수용할 수 있는 산부가염으로 전환함을 특징으로 하는 다음식(Ⅰ)의 인돌-3-카르복사미드유도체, 제약에 수용할 수 있는 산부가염 및/또는 그의 수화물의 제조방법.
    상기식에서, R1은 수소원자, C1-4알킬기, 벤젠 고리 위에 할로겐원자로 임의로 치환될 수 있는 페닐기 또는 벤젠고리 위에 할로겐원자로 임의로 치환될 수 있는 페닐-C14알킬기이고; R2는 수소원자 또는 C1-4알킬기이고, C1-4알킬기, C1-7시클로알킬기, 알릴기 또는 벤젠고리 위에 할로겐원자 또는 α-탄소 위에 메틸기로 임의로 치환될 수 있는 벤질기이고;R5는 수소원자 또는 C1-4알킬기이고;m은 0 또는 1이고;n은 1내지 3의 정수이다.
