Claims (1)
- 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 적당한 탈차단제와 반응시킴을 특징으로하여 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 그의 약제학적으로 무독한 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서L 및 D는 편광성을 나타내며,R1은 수소 또는 C1-C31급알킬이고,R2는 C1-C4일급 또는 이급알킬, 알릴, 사이클로프로필메틸, C1-C|2하이드록시알킬 또는 -(CH2)m-U-CH3(U는 -S- 또는이고, m은 1 또는 2이다)이며,R3는 수소, C1-C4일급 또는 이급알킬, 사이클로프로필메틸, 알릴 또는 프로파질이며,Z는 -CH2OR4,또는(이때 R4는 수소, 아세틸 또는 아세톡시메틸이며, R5는 C1-C3알킬이다)이며,R6는 수소, C1-C3일급알킬 또는 아미노차단그룹이며,R7는 위에 정의된 R2또는 하이드록시 보호그룹이며,R8은 수소 또는 하이드록시 보호그룹이며,Z'는 위에 정의된 Z거나 수지 지지체를 포함하는 Z의 전구체이다(단 R6,R7,R8또는 Z'중 하나는 차단된 잔기이다).※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
