본 고안은 조광장치를 내장한 전구 소켓(socket)에 관한 것으로 종래에는 전기 스텐드 상단에 전구소켓을 설치하고 그 하부 받침판 내부에 조광회로가 내장된 조광기를 별도 설치하여 상부 소켓에 전선을 길게 연결하도록 되어 있어 사용시 전구의 소켓에 붙은 스위치 손잡이로 전구에 점등시킨 다음 조광기의 광도 조절핸들을 돌려서 광도를 조정하도록 되어 있어서 점등시나 소등시의 조작사용이 번거로운 폐단이 있고, 또 조광기와 소켓을 각각 제작 조립하여야 하므로 제작원가가 고가로 되는 폐단이 있어 대중적으로 많이 이용되지 못한 문제점이 있었다.The present invention relates to a light bulb socket with a built-in light control device. 본 고안은 종래 그와 같은 문제점을 감안하여 개량한 것으로 초크코일, 트라이액, 다이액, 가변저항 및 콘덴서 저항으로 구성된 공지의 조광회로를 배설시킨 회로판을 소켓베이스 상부에 고정한 합성수지케이스 내에 조립식으로 수용설치하고 그 케이스 양측에 단자를 고정하고 전원선을 이 단자에 연결하여 조광회로와 연결함과 동시에 소켓 베이스 및 접속편에 연결하고 또 가변저항에 스위치 손잡이를 노출 설치하여서 직접 스위치 손잡이로서 점등과 소등을 함과 동시에 조량회로의 광도조절이 가능케 하여 전력절감을 꾀하며, 조작사용이 간편하고 또 전구의 소켓 내부에 동시 설치케 되므로 염가로 많이 이용될 수 있도록할 목적으로 고안한 것인데 이를 첨부도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.The present invention has been improved in view of such a conventional problem, and a circuit board having a well-regulated dimming circuit composed of choke coil, triac, diac, variable resistor, and capacitor resistor is prefabricated in a synthetic resin case fixed to the socket base. 이와같이 구성된 본 고안은 전기스탠드 위에 정착시키거나 실내 천정에 연결된 전원선에 직접 연결설치 하여서 소켓외간(15)(15')의 외부로 노출된 스위치손잡이(5)를 틀어서 케이스(1)내에 설치되어 있는 가변저항(VR)의 저항값을 크게 해주면 콘덴서(C2)의 충전시간이 길어지기 때문에 전등불은 흐려지고 또 가변저항(VR)의 저항값을 적게 해주면 콘덴서(C2)의 충전시간이 짧아져서 전등(PL)의 불은 밝아지게 되는데 본 고안은 상기의 조관회로(H)를 케이스(1)의 칸막이(2) 양측수용실(3)(3')에 회로판(4)과 고정판(4')에 배설하여 서감착설치되어 있으며, 또 고정판(4')에 설치된 가변저항(VR)에는 스위치손잡이(5)를 연결설치하여 외부로 노출 형성되어 있으므로 이 스위치손잡이(5)만의 조작으로서 전등(PL)의 점등과 그 전등의 관도 조절이 동시되므로 전력 절감을 꾀할 수 있으며, 이용상 간편한 효과가 있고 또 전구소켓과 조관기를 따라 설치 연결시킬 필요없이 본 고안의 조관장치를 내장한 전구소켓만의 설치로 가능하기 때문에 염가로 이용할 수 있는 경제적 이점도 있다.The present invention configured as described above is installed in the case 1 by turning on the switch knob 5 exposed to the outside of the socket outer space 15, 15 'by being fixed on an electric stand or directly connected to a power line connected to an indoor ceiling.
