Claims (1)
- 일반식(V)의 화합물을 수소화시킴을 특징으로 하는 일반식(I)의 N-알킬화 아미노알콜 및 그의 염을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서Ar은 치환되지 않거나 하이드록실로 치환된 방향족기이고,n은 0 또는 1이며,Alk는 탄소수 2 내지 5개의 알킬렌기이며,질소원자는 산소원자 또는 n이 0인 경우에는 페닐기와 적어도 2개의 탄소원자에 의해 서로 분리되어 있고,X6는 일반식 -CH=N-Alk-(Va), -CH2-N=Alk1, (Vb), -C(=X7)-N(X8)-Alk-(Vc), -CH2-N(X8)-C(=X7)-Alk2-(Vd) 또는 -CH2-N(X8)-Alk-(Ve)의 환원성 그룹이며,Alk1은 Alk기에 상응하는 알킬-일리덴기이고,Alk2는 질소원자에 결합된 메틸렌기에 의해 단축된(즉 탄소수가 1개 적은) Alk기에 상응하는 기,X7은 옥소와 티오옥소기,X8은 수소 또는 X6및/또는 Y를 환원시키는 조건하에서 수소로 치환될 수 있는 기이고,Y는 일반식 -CO-(Vf) 또는 -CH(OX8)-(Vg)기 (이때 X8은 전술된 바와 같음)이고,Ar2는 Ar기에 상응하지만 한개나 두개의 하이드록실기 대신에 한개나 두개의 OX8그룹(이때 X8은 전술된 바와 같음)을 수반할 수 있다.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
