Claims (1)
- 아연과 철이 함유된 유화광으로부터 아연을 회수하기 위하여, 미분상의 상기 황화물을 산화성 조건하에서 수성 황산용액을 사용하여 가압침출하고, 황화물 유화을 원소상 유황으로 전화시킴과 함께 황산아연을 함유하는 침출 종료용액을 생성시키고 이 황산아연을 함유하는 침출종료용액을 정제후 전기분해하여 음극아연을 회수함과 동시에 잔존하는 아연분과 황산을 함유하는 복귀용 전해액을 생성시키는 방법에 있어서 상기 광물질 황화물로부터 아연을 신속 또는 완전하게 추출함과 동시에 용해 철분과 유리산의 최소한의 침출종료 용액을 생성시키기 위하여, 상기 가압침출을 산소의 정분압하에서 약 135-175℃의 온도에서 2단계 역류로 행한 상기 유화광을 이 2단계 역류가 압침출의 제1단계에서 공급하고 상기 복귀용 전해액을 이 2단계 역류가압침출의 제2단계에 공급하고, 상기 역류가압침출 제1단계에 공급한 상기 광물질황화물의 양을 상기 역류가압침출 제2단계에 서로 조절하여 상기 역류가압침출 제2단계에 들어가는 산 1몰당 최소한 약 1몰 이상의 아연이 황화물 형태로 상기 가압침출 제2단계로 들어가도록 하고, 동시에 상기 역류가압침출 제2단계에 들어간 복귀용 전해액의 양을 조절하여 이 전해액중에 용해되는 아연 1몰당 약 1몰의 산이 들어가서 전해액의 아연농도가 상기 전기분해조작시의 상기 침출종료용액의 처리에 적합한 수준까지 증대되도록 하고, 상기 역류 가압침출 제1단계를 속행하여 상기 유화광으로부터 아연분을 추출함과 동시에 황화물 유황을 원소상 유황으로 전화시킴과 함께 미반응 황화물, 원소상 유황과 석출된 철을 함유하는 제1단계 침출잔유물과 용해 아연, 약 3g/l 이하의 유리 황산과 2g/l 이하의 용해철을 함유하는 pH 1 이상의 제1단계 침출용액을 생성시키고, 상기 제1단계 침출용액을 상기 정제단계로 통과시킨 후 상기 전해분해단계로 보내는 한편 상기 제1단계 침출잔유물을 상기 역류가압 침출 제2단계로 보내고 상기 역류 가압 침출 제2단계를 속행하여 상기 제1단계 침출 잔유물로부터 모든 아연을 추출함과 동시에 모든 미반응 황화물, 원소상 유황과 석출된 철을 함유하는 제2단계 침출 잔유물과 상기 추출아연, 미반응황산과 용해철을 함유하는 제2단계 침출 용액을 생성시키고, 상기 제2단계 침출 용액을 상기 제2단계 침출 잔유물로부터 분리시키고 상기 역류 가압침출 제1단계로 보냄을 특징으로 하는 아연과 철이 함유될 유화광으로부터 아연을 회수하는 방법.
