Claims (1)
- 중합 반응 완결 후에 반응기 내부 및 반응기에 연결된 수납 탱크 내부 압력을 연속 단계로 평형화시킴으로써 중합 반응기 내에 함유된 수성매 중에서 중합시키고, 미반응의 기상 염화비닐 단량체의 대부분을 제거하여 반응기로부터 수납 탱크 내에 중합체의 수성 분산액을 이송시키고, 필요시에는 중합 반응기의 내부를 세척하여 반응기를 대기 중에 개방시켜 염화비닐 단량체 또는 주로 이들의 혼합 단량체의 중합체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 반응기를 대기 중에 개방시키는 단계에 앞서 탑정부로부터 반응기 내에 수증기를 송입시키는 단계를 추가시킴으로써 미반응 기상 단량체가 반응기의 탑저부로부터 하향 이동되게 함을 특징으로 하는 중합 반응기로부터 기상 염화비닐 단량체를 배출시키는 개량 방법.
