Claims (1)
- 물로 분무처리된 입자의 80% 이상이 80메쉬이하이고 입도특성치가 2.0-4.0인 강철 입자를 필요한 유연성을 얻고 산소 함량이 0.2중량%이하로 되기에 충분한 시간동안 1, 400°F -2, 100°F의 온도 범위내에서 입자를 소둔처리하여 소결이 일어나게 하고, 소둔처리시킨 것을 분당 회전속도 200-5, 000, 분쇄간격 0.01-0. 10인치로 작동하는 디스크 분쇄기에 3.2gr/cc를 초과하는 밀도를 갖는 주형 강 분말로서 80메쉬 이하가되게 공급하여 분쇄하여 고밀도 강철분말을 제조하는 방법.
