Abstract

Description

점탄성 플라스틱 이격체를 위한 혼성 중합체{HYBRID POLYMER FOR VISCO-ELASTIC PLASTIC SPACER}
본 발명은 기관차 장치, 특히 자동차 차량을 위해 의도된, 진동음향 댐핑 특성을 갖는 적층된 글레이징을 형성하기 위해 2개의 유리 시트 사이에 혼입되도록 의도된 점탄성 플라스틱 중간층에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 발명은, 특히 액체 코팅 방법에 의해 이러한 중간층을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
음향 보호 글레이징은 건축에서 뿐만 아니라 운송 분야에서 사용된다. 음향적 편안함을 개선하기 위해, 엔진, 베어링, 또는 서스펜션에 의해 방출된 것과 같은 소음은 이들의 출발시 그리고 이들의 공중 또는 구조-기인(structure-borne) 전파 동안 감쇠된다.
특히 운송 분야에서, 글레이징의 두께 및 그에 따라 총 중량을 제한하는 것은 가장 중요한 문제이다.
이와 관련하여, 6 mm 미만의 두께를 갖는 적층된 유형의 글레이징의 사용이 공지되어 있다. 이러한 적층된 글레이징은 일반적으로, 예를 들어 열 및 압력 하의 조립에 의해, 적층된 글레이징을 제조하는 공지된 방법에 따라 2개의 외부 유리 시트 사이에 배열된 중간층의 형태로 존재한다.

이러한 다양한 기술적 요구사항을 충족시키기 위해, 방법은 표준 PVB의 2개의 층 사이에 배열된 가요성 PVB의 내부 층으로 구성된 PVB의 3-층 음향 중간층을 사용하는 것으로 공지되어 있다.

본 발명은 이러한 필요를 충족시킨다. 더욱 특히, 적어도 하나의 실시양태에서, 제안된 기술은 진동음향 댐핑 특성을 글레이징에 제공하기 위해 글레이징의 2개의 유리 시트 사이에 배열되도록 의도된 점탄성 플라스틱 중간층이며,
- 두께가 바람직하게는 0.2 내지 0.8 mm인, 열가소성 접착제, 바람직하게는 표준 폴리비닐 부티랄 (PVB)의 2개의 외부 층,
- 2개의 외부 층 사이에 배열된 내부 층으로서, 상기 내부 층은 20℃에서 2 kHz 내지 8 kHz의 주파수 범위에 대해 1.6 이상의 손실 계수 tan δ를 갖는, 내부 층, 및
- 상기 외부 층과 내부 층 사이에 각각 배열되고 점탄성 플라스틱 재료, 바람직하게는 폴리에스테르, 특히 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 (PET)로 구성된 제1 및 제2 배리어 층
을 포함하는 중간층에 관한 것이다.
이하의 설명에서, 용어 "열가소성 접착제"는 사용된 중간층의 유형을 특징지을 수 있게 하는 다양한 수지 및/또는 필름을 지칭한다. 따라서 다층 중간층의 맥락에서 "스킨"으로 또한 지칭되는, 열가소성 접착제는 적어도 폴리비닐 부티랄 (PVB), 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 (EVA), 아이오노플라스트(Ionoplast) 중합체, 열가소성 폴리우레탄 (TPU), 및 캐스팅 수지를 포함하는 군을 형성한다.

본 발명의 특정 측면에 따르면, 불충분한 강성이 안전성 면에서 글레이징의 특성을 손상시키는 것을 방지하기 위해 열가소성 접착제의 외부 층의 두께는 0.2 mm 초과이다.

손실 계수 tan δ는 칼로리 형태로 소산된 에너지 대 탄성 변형의 에너지의 비에 상응한다. 따라서 이는 재료의 성질에 고유한 기술적 특성에 상응하고 에너지, 특히 음향파의 에너지를 소산시키는 그의 능력을 반영한다. 이 손실 계수 tan δ는 입사파의 온도 및 주파수의 함수로서 달라진다. 주어진 주파수에 있어서, 손실 계수는 유리 전이 온도로서 지칭되는 온도에서 그의 최대 값에 도달한다. 이 손실 계수 tan δ는 점도분석기(viscoanalyzer) 또는 임의의 다른 적합한 공지된 장치를 사용하여 추정될 수 있다. 내부 층의 손실 계수 tan δ는 내부 층의 부피 분율이 너무 낮지 않다면, 실질적으로 동일한 값인, 중간층의 손실 계수 tan δ를 결정한다는 점에 주목해야 한다.
본 발명은 코어의 특성이 강성, 섬도, 및 경량성 면에서 만족스러운 특징을 유지하면서, 공중 및 구조-기인 둘 다 개선된 음향 절연을 갖는 적층된 글레이징을 얻을 수 있게 하는 코어를 중간층에 제공하는 신규하고 독창적인 개념에 기초한다. 음향 절연에서의 이러한 개선은 2000 Hz 내지 8000 Hz의 주파수 범위, 인간의 귀가 가장 민감한 범위, 그리고 특히 글레이징이 통상 그의 음향 절연 성능에서 감소를 나타내는 코인시던스 주파수의 수준에서 상당한 것으로 밝혀졌다.
본 발명의 특정 측면에 따르면, 상기 내부 층의 손실 계수 tan δ는 2 이상, 바람직하게는 2.5, 바람직하게는 3, 바람직하게는 3.5, 바람직하게는 4, 바람직하게는 4.5이다. 손실 계수 tan δ는 일반적으로 5 미만이다.
코어가 비교적 더 높은 손실 계수 tan δ를 갖는 중간층의 구현은 중간층 및 그와 함께 제공된 글레이징의 음향 절연 성능을 추가로 개선시킬 수 있게 한다.
한 실시양태에 따르면, 내부 층은 20℃에서 2 kHz 내지 8 kHz의 주파수 범위에 대해 4.3·109 내지 4.5·1010 Pa/m의 전단 파라미터 g=G'/e를 갖고, 여기서 G'는 내부 층의 전단 탄성률이고 e는 내부 층의 두께이다.
이러한 기계적 전단 특징을 갖는 내부 층은 이를 포함하는 중간층에 만족스러운 강성 및 음향 절연 성능을 부여한다.
본 발명의 특정 측면에 따르면, 중간층은 20℃에서 2 kHz 내지 8 kHz의 주파수 범위에 대해 4.8·109 내지 5.1·1010 Pa/m의 전단 파라미터 g=G'/e를 갖고, 여기서 G'는 중간층의 전단 탄성률이고 e는 중간층의 두께이다.
이러한 기계적 전단 특징이 제공된 중간층은 만족스러운 강성 및 음향 절연 성능을 나타낸다.
본 발명의 특정 측면에 따르면, 내부 층은 적어도 1종의 중합체의 콜로이드, 바람직하게는 에멀젼, 바람직하게는 수성 에멀젼으로부터 수득된다.
이하의 설명에서, 용어 "콜로이드"는 2개의 별개의 상을 갖는 시스템을 형성하는 또 다른 물질에 규칙적인 방식으로 분산된 하나 또는 복수의 물질의 현탁액을 지칭한다. 유체에서, 이 콜로이드는 nm- 내지 ㎛-크기 입자의 균질한 분산액을 형성한다. 에멀젼은 이들 물질이 액체 상태로 존재하는 것인 콜로이드이다. 과학 문헌에서, 수성 중합체 에멀젼은 또한 "중합체 라텍스"로 지칭되며, 이들 두 표현은 동일하다.

그러나, 놀랍게도, 본 발명자들은 특정 유형의 콜로이드가, 일단 본 발명에 따른 중간층에 통합된 경우, 현저한 음향 댐핑 특성을 나타내면서, 동시에 코어 재료에 예상되는 다른 기술적 요구사항을 충족시킨다는 것을 발견하였다. 이러한 결과를 달성하기 위해, 본 발명자들은 다양한 기술적 편견을 극복하였다. 예를 들어, 콜로이드는, ㎛-차 두께의 감소된-두께 층의 형태로 적용될 경우, 건조하는 동안 그의 유백색 외관을 잃고 그의 광학 장치로의 혼입을 허용하기에 충분한 정도로 투명성을 얻는다는 것이 처음에 밝혀졌다. 또한, 이러한 콜로이드로부터 수득된 코어의 중간층에의 침착 및 통합을 허용하기 위해, 이하의 설명에 기재된 바와 같이, 액체 코팅 방법이 본 발명자들에 의해 개발되었다.
본 발명의 특정 측면에 따르면, 내부 층은 상호침투성 네트워크 구조를 갖는 적어도 2종의 중합체의 수성 에멀젼으로부터 수득되며, 상기 2종의 중합체는 바람직하게는 아크릴레이트 및 아크릴이다.
이러한 실시양태에 따르면, 상호침투성 네트워크 구조를 갖는 2종의 중합체는 물에 현탁된 단일 입자를 형성한다.
본 발명의 특정 측면에 따르면, 내부 층은 33 내지 65 중량%의 아크릴레이트 중합체 및 25 내지 40 중량%의 물을 포함한다.
이러한 내부 층은 3 이상의 손실 계수 tan δ를 특징으로 하며, 따라서 탁월한 음향 절연 성능을 나타낸다.
본 발명의 특정 측면에 따르면, 상기 내부 층은 0.5 내지 50 ㎛, 바람직하게는 10 내지 40 ㎛, 바람직하게는 20 내지 30 ㎛의 두께를 갖는다.
㎛-차 두께의 코어의 사용은 이 두께에서의 전단력이 고전 음향 PVB의 내부 층의 전단력과 동일하기 때문에, 그의 침착 동안 코어를 구성하는 재료의 유출의 위험을 감소시킬 수 있게 한다. 따라서 이러한 두께의 사용은 코어 재료를 형성하기 위한 이러한 에멀젼의 사용을 막는 선험적으로 보이는 기술적 어려움을 극복할 수 있게 한다.
본 발명의 특정 측면에 따르면, 내부 층은 0.2% 내지 8%, 바람직하게는 0.5% 내지 6%, 바람직하게는 2.5 내지 4%의 중간층의 부피 분율을 차지한다.
중간층에 대한 내부 층의 이러한 부피 분율의 선택은 한편으로는 강성의 요구사항과 다른 한편으로는 음향 절연 성능의 요구사항 사이에 만족스러운 절충을 제공한다.
본 발명의 한 실시양태에 따르면, 상기 제1 및 제2 배리어 층 각각은 1 내지 50 ㎛, 바람직하게는 1 내지 30 ㎛, 바람직하게는 5 내지 15 ㎛의 두께를 갖는다.
이 두께는 내부 층 (3)과 외부 층 (4, 5) 사이의 화학 종의 이동을 막기에 충분히 커야 한다. 반면에, 외부 층 (4, 5)의 특정 두께 값에서부터 계속하여, 중간층의 강성에서의 증가는 너무 크고 중간층의 형상화 동안 문제를 일으킨다.

글레이징은 본 발명에 따른 중간층이 삽입된 2개의 유리 시트 (1, 2)를 포함한다. 따라서 외부 층 (4, 5)은 유리 시트 (1, 2)와 각각 접촉한다. 코어 (3)는 이들 외부 층 (4, 5) 사이에 삽입된다. 중간층과 유리 시트와의 결합은 예를 들어 공지된 수단에 의해, 예를 들어 유리 시트 및 중간층을 적층하고 조립체를 오토클레이브에 통과시킴으로써 수행된다.
각 유리 시트 (1, 2)의 두께는 자동차 글레이징 적용, 예를 들어 윈드실드의 경우에는 예를 들어 0.5 mm 내지 2.1 mm이고, 건축 글레이징 적용의 경우에는 0.5 mm 내지 15.0 mm이다.
윈드실드에서의 적용의 경우에, 글레이징은 국제 연합 규정 번호 43 (규정 R43으로 지칭됨)의 강한 충격에 대한 저항성의 모든 조건을 충족시켜 그의 기계적 저항성을 보장한다.
자동차 글레이징에서의 적용을 위해, 글레이징의 유리 시트 (1)는 차량의 외부로 향하도록 의도되고, 반면 유리 시트 (2)는 차량의 내부로 향하도록 의도된다. 유리 시트 (1)는 예를 들어 유리 시트 (2)보다 두꺼워서 글레이징은 유해한 외부 영향 (나쁜 날씨, 되튀는 자갈 등)으로부터 개선된 보호를 가능하게 한다. 기존의 자동차 글레이징에서, 유리 시트 (1)의 두께는 일반적으로 2.1 mm이고, 유리 시트 (2)의 두께는 일반적으로 1.6 mm이다.
도 1의 예에서, 외부 층 (4, 5)은 표준 PVB로 구성된다. 이들 외부 층 (4, 5)은 20℃에서 1 kHz 내지 10 kHz의 주파수 범위에 대해 1·108 Pa 이상의 전단 탄성률 G' 및 0.4 미만의 손실 계수 tan δ를 갖는다. 따라서 이들은 중간층의 유리한 기계적 강도를 가능하게 한다.
중간층의 코어 (3)는 25 ㎛의 두께를 갖고, 그의 부피는 중간층의 총 부피의 약 3%를 차지한다. 중간층에 대한 내부 층 (3)의 부피 분율에 대한 이러한 값의 선택은 한편으로는 강성의 요구사항과 다른 한편으로는 음향 절연 성능의 요구사항 사이의 만족스러운 절충을 제공한다.
예를 들어, 코어 (3)는 특허 문헌 US 2005/0050846에 기재된, 콰이어트글루(QuietGlue)®로 지칭되는 아크릴레이트 및 아크릴의 수성 에멀젼으로 구성된다. 또 다른 실시양태에 따르면, 코어 (3)는 또한 그린글루(GreenGlue)®로 구성될 수 있다.
그의 공지된 용도에서, 유백색 외관을 갖고 색이 황색인 산업용 접착제 콰이어트글루®는 대용량 튜브 또는 용기에 포장되고 판매된다. 이러한 접착제는 건설 작업자에 의해 목재, 금속, 플라스틱 및/또는 플라스터로 구성된 건축 재료의 시트 사이에 적용되도록 의도된다. 이러한 재료의 일반적인 특징은 이들이 완전히 불투명하다는 것이다. 적용 후, 콰이어트글루®의 층은 일반적으로 약 1.6 mm의 두께를 갖는다.
콰이어트글루®의 황색 색상 및 불투명함은 투명해야 하는 2개의 투명 유리 시트 사이의 임의의 구현을 막는 치명적인 결함을 구성하는 것으로 보일 것이다. 또한, 콰이어트글루®는, 그의 명칭이 나타내는 것처럼, 강한 접착 강도를 나타내며, 이것은 감소된-두께 층의 형태로의 임의의 적용을 불가능하게 만드는 것으로 보일 것이다. 마지막으로, 이 접착제의 적용을 위해 24 내지 48 시간의 상당한 건조 기간이 제조자에 의해 권장된다. 따라서 중간층의 코어 재료로서 콰이어트글루®를 포함하는 중간층의 제조는 불가능한 것으로 보일 것이다.
놀랍게도, 그러나, 본 발명자들은 일단 새로운 침착 방법에 의해 감소된-두께 층의 형태로 중간층에 통합되면, 콰이어트글루®가 현저한 음향 댐핑 특성을 나타내면서 동시에 코어 재료에 예상되는 다른 기술적 요구사항을 충족시킨다는 것을 발견하였다.
이러한 결과를 달성하기 위해, 본 발명자들은 다양한 기술적 편견을 극복하였다. 예를 들어, 콰이어트글루®는 ㎛-차 두께를 갖는 감소된-두께 층의 형태로 적용될 경우, 건조하는 동안 그의 유백색 외관을 잃고 그의 중간층으로의 혼입을 허용하기에 충분한 정도로 투명성을 얻는다는 것이 처음에 밝혀졌다. 또한, 콰이어트글루®로 구성된 것으로부터 수득된 코어의 중간층에의 침착 및 통합을 허용하기 위해, 하기 설명에 기재된 바와 같이, 액체 코팅 방법이 본 발명자들에 의해 개발되었다.
필름 중간층의 동적 분석은 하기 제공된, 명시된 측정 조건하에 메트라비브(Metravib) 유형의 점도분석기 상에서 수행되었다:
- 사인파형 스트레싱,
- 이하의 치수를 갖는 2개의 직사각형 평행육면체로 구성된 소위 이중 전단 시험편:
* 두께 = 3.31 mm
* 폭 = 10.38 mm
* 높이 = 6.44 mm
- 동적 진폭: 정치 위치 주위에서 ± 5 mm,
- 주파수 범위: 2000 내지 8000 Hz
- 온도: 20℃.
점도분석기는 온도 및 주파수의 정확한 조건하에 재료의 샘플에 응력 변형을 적용하여, 이로써 재료를 특징짓는 레올로지 파라미터를 전체적으로 얻고 처리할 수 있게 한다. 각 온도에서 주파수의 함수로서 힘, 변위 및 위상 시프트의 측정을 위한 미가공 데이터의 사용은 특히 탄성 성분 (또는 전단 탄성률) G' 및 손실 계수 tan δ를 계산할 수 있게 한다.
이 실험 프로토콜에 따르면, 측정은 콰이어트글루®의 두께가 25 ㎛인 감소된-두께 층이 4의 값을 갖는 손실 계수 tan δ, 뿐만 아니라 20℃에서 2 kHz 내지 8 kHz의 주파수 범위에 대해 4.3·109 내지 4.5·1010 Pa/m의 전단 파라미터 g=G'/e를 갖는다는 것을 보여주었다.
도 2는 표준 NF EN ISO 10140에 따른 0.8 x 0.5 ㎡의 샘플 크기를 갖는 2개의 적층된 글레이징: 본 발명에 따른 적층된 글레이징 및 공지된 적층된 글레이징에 대해 평가된 주파수의 함수로서 공중 소음 절연 (STL) 성능의 추정 곡선을 나타낸다.
제1 적층된 글레이징 ("공지된"으로 지칭됨)은
- 각각 2.1 mm 및 1.6 mm의 두께를 갖는 2개의 유리 시트, 및
- 표준 PVB의 2개의 외부 층 및 개선된 진동음향 댐핑 특성을 갖는 점탄성 플라스틱의 내부 층을 포함하는 음향 PVB의 중간층
을 포함한다.
제1 적층된 글레이징은 공지된 음향 댐핑 특성을 갖는 중간층을 갖는 고전 유리 윈드실드 조성물에 상응한다. 중간층은 예를 들어 쿠라레이(Kuraray)에 의해 판매되는 중간층 트로시폴(Trosifol) VG+SC, 솔루티아(Solutia)에 의해 판매되는 중간층 사플렉스(Saflex)® 밴시바(Vanceva) 콰이어트 QC41, 또는 세키스이(Sekisui)에 의해 판매되는 중간층 S-Lec 음향 필름 HI-RZN12에 의해 대체될 수 있었다. 이것은 "공지된" 것으로 지칭되는 적층된 글레이징이다. 이러한 음향 PVB의 음향 댐핑 특성은, 일반적으로 20℃에서 2 kHz 내지 8 kHz의 주파수 범위에 대해 1.2 미만의 손실 계수 tan δ를 갖는, 중합체의 바로 그 성질에 의해 계속 제한된다.

제2 적층된 글레이징 ("본 발명에 따른" 것으로 지칭됨)은
- 각각 2.1 mm 및 1.6 mm의 두께를 갖는 2개의 유리 시트, 및
- 표준 PVB의 2개의 외부 층 및 콰이어트글루®의 두께가 25 ㎛인 내부 층을 포함하는, 본 발명에 따른 중간층
을 포함한다.
제2 적층된 글레이징은 본 발명에 따른 적층된 글레이징에 상응한다.
제2 적층된 글레이징의 공중 소음의 음향 절연의 곡선은 정사각형에 의해 표시된다.
제2 적층된 글레이징의 공중 소음의 음향 절연의 곡선 (정사각형에 의해 표시됨)은, 기준으로서 취한 제1 적층된 글레이징과 비교하여, 주파수의 전체 범위, 즉 2000 Hz 내지 8000 Hz에 걸쳐 공중 소음의 음향 절연에서 개선을 나타낸다. 이는 포괄적으로 약 2000 내지 8000 Hz의 범위 및 특히 약 6300 Hz에서의 코인시던스 주파수의 범위이며, 여기서 글레이징의 댐핑 곡선은 통상적인 적층된 글레이징의 경우에 가장 큰 골을 나타내어, 음향 댐핑의 정도는 급격히 더 높아진다. 코인시던스 주파수에서, 따라서 음향 PVB에 대해 37.7 dB 그리고 본 발명에 따른 중간층에 대해 41.2 dB의 각각의 값 사이에서 3.4 dB의 음향 절연에서의 증가가 관찰된다. 따라서 음향 댐핑에서의 상당한 개선이 전반적으로 달성된다.
따라서 조합으로 증가된 댐핑을 나타내면서 동시에 고전 음향 PVB의 강성과 동일하거나 또는 그보다 훨씬 우수한 강성을 나타내는 새로운-세대 음향 절연 중간층을 형성하는, (댐핑 및 기계적 강성 면에서) 상이한 특성 및 성질의 점탄성 재료의 여러 층의 조립체에서 비롯되는 현저한 효과를 관찰할 수 있다.
또한 본 발명은
- 2.1 mm 및 1.6 mm의 각각의 두께를 갖는 2개의 유리 시트, 및
- 예를 들어 두께 25 ㎛의 콰이어트글루®의 코어를 포함하는, 본 발명에 따른 중간층
을 포함하는 적층된 글레이징에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 기술은 구조-기인 소음의 양호한 댐핑을 나타내는 중간층 필름을 포함하는 차량용 적층된 글레이징을 제안한다. 이러한 댐핑은 공기역학적 및 외부 소음에 대하여 절연의 요구사항을 또한 충족시킬 수 있다. 따라서 본 발명에 따른 글레이징은 전반적으로 유리한 음향 보호가 달성될 수 있게 한다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 중간층은
- 차량 내부의 개인 사생활이 지켜질 수 있게 하고, 햇빛의 눈부심으로부터 차량 운전자를 보호하기 위해, 또는 단순히 심미적 효과를 위해 그의 표면의 일부에 전체적으로 착색될 수 있고/있거나,
- 적층된 글레이징이 헤드-업 디스플레이 (HUD) 시스템을 위한 스크린으로서 사용될 수 있게 하기 위해 적층된 글레이징의 상단부로부터 하단부를 향해 쐐기 형상으로 감소하는 단면 테이퍼링을 가질 수 있고/있거나,
- 승객의 편안함을 개선시키기 위해 적외선 태양 복사로 인한 차량의 실내 온도의 상승을 제한하기 위해 적외선을 향상링하는 기능을 갖는 입자를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 상기 기재된 바와 같은 중간층의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
특히 혼합물의 점도를 감소시키고, 그에 따라 감소된-두께 층의 형태로 그의 후속 침착을 허용하기 위해, 적어도 1종의 중합체, 예를 들어 콰이어트글루®의 수성 에멀젼의 주어진 양을 먼저 (단계 S1) 그 자체 부피의 적어도 1 1/2배, 또는 심지어 3 (세)배인 부피의 물에 희석시킨다.
이어서 조립체는 PET의 배리어 층 (6)으로 피복된 고전 PVB의 제1 외부 층 (4) 상에 액체 코팅 방법에 의해 침착된다 (단계 S2).
이어서 전체를 80℃의 온도에서 1 시간 동안 건조시킨다 (단계 S3). 코어 (3)의 극히 적은 두께를 고려하여, 콰이어트글루®에 통상 권장되는 건조 시간을 상당히 단축시켜, 코어 재료로서의 그의 용도를 산업적으로 실현가능하게 한다. 콰이어트글루®의 투명도는 또한 광학 장치에서의 그의 사용을 허용할 정도로, 크게 증가된다. 대안적인 실시양태에 따르면, 본 발명의 범주를 벗어나지 않으면서 콰이어트글루®의 건조 시간 및/또는 온도를 달리할 수 있다는 점에 주목해야 한다.
건조 단계 S3 이후에, 콰이어트글루®는 한 번 더 그의 초기 조성을 갖는다. 그 다음에 PET의 제2 배리어 층 (7) 및 이어서 표준 PVB의 제2 외부 층 (5)으로 피복될 수 있다 (단계 S4). 이러한 방식으로, 본 발명에 따른 중간층을 수득한다.

Claims (13)

  1. 진동음향 댐핑 특성을 글레이징에 제공하기 위해 글레이징의 2개의 유리 시트 (1, 2) 사이에 배열되도록 의도된 점탄성 플라스틱 중간층이며,
    - 두께가 0.2 내지 0.8 mm인, 열가소성 접착제 또는 표준 폴리비닐 부티랄 (PVB)의 2개의 외부 층 (4, 5),
    - 2개의 외부 층 (4, 5) 사이에 배열된 내부 층 (3)으로서, 상기 내부 층 (3)은 20℃에서 2 kHz 내지 8 kHz의 주파수 범위에 대해 1.6 이상의 손실 계수 tan δ를 갖고, 상기 내부 층 (3)은 상호침투성 네트워크 구조를 갖는 적어도 2종의 중합체의 수성 에멀젼으로부터 수득되고, 상기 2종의 중합체는 아크릴레이트 및 아크릴인, 내부 층 (3), 및
    - 상기 외부 층 (4, 5)과 내부 층 (3) 사이에 각각 배열되고 점탄성 플라스틱 재료, 폴리에스테르, 또는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 (PET)로 구성된 제1 및 제2 배리어 층 (6, 7)
    을 포함하고,
    상기 내부 층 (3)은 액체 코팅 방법에 의해 상기 제1 또는 제2 배리어 층(6, 7) 상에 침착되는, 점탄성 플라스틱 중간층.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부 층 (3)의 손실 계수 tan δ가 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 또는 4.5 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 점탄성 플라스틱 중간층.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 내부 층 (3)이 20℃에서 2 kHz 내지 8 kHz의 주파수 범위에 대해 4.3·109 내지 4.5·1010 Pa/m의 전단 파라미터 g=G'/e (여기서 G'는 내부 층의 전단 탄성률이고 e는 내부 층의 두께임)를 갖는 점탄성 플라스틱 중간층.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 20℃에서 2 kHz 내지 8 kHz의 주파수 범위에 대해 4.8·109 내지 5.1·1010 Pa/m의 전단 파라미터 g=G'/e (여기서 G'는 중간층의 전단 탄성률이고 e는 중간층의 두께임)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 점탄성 플라스틱 중간층.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 내부 층 (3)이 0.5 내지 50 ㎛, 10 내지 40 ㎛, 또는 20 내지 30 ㎛의 두께를 갖는 점탄성 플라스틱 중간층.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중간층에 대한 내부 층 (3)의 부피 분율이 0.2% 내지 8%, 0.5% 내지 6%, 또는 2.5 내지 4%인 점탄성 플라스틱 중간층.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 배리어 층 (6, 7) 각각이 1 내지 50 ㎛, 1 내지 30 ㎛, 또는 5 내지 15 ㎛의 두께를 갖는 점탄성 플라스틱 중간층.
  8. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중간층이 그의 표면의 일부에 전체적으로 착색되고/되거나 배열되도록 의도된 적층된 글레이징의 상단부로부터 하단부를 향해 쐐기 형상으로 감소하는 단면 테이퍼링을 갖고/갖거나 적외선을 필터링하는 기능을 갖는 입자를 포함하는 점탄성 플라스틱 중간층.
  9. - 제1 유리 시트 (1),
    - 제2 유리 시트 (2), 및
    - 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 중간층으로서, 중간층은 제1 및 제2 유리 시트 (1, 2) 사이에 배열된, 중간층
    을 포함하는 적층된 시팅.
  10. 제9항에 있어서,
    - 상기 제1 유리 시트 (1)가 0.5 내지 2.1 mm 또는 1.4 내지 2.1 mm의 두께를 갖고,
    - 상기 제2 유리 시트 (2)가 0.5 내지 2.1 mm 또는 1.1 내지 1.6 mm의 두께를 갖는 적층된 시팅.
  11. 차량 윈드실드로 사용하기 위한 제9항에 따른 적층된 시팅을 포함하는 글레이징.
  12. 단일 글레이징 또는 다중 글레이징에 통합된 것으로서, 건축 글레이징으로 사용하기 위한 제9항에 따른 적층된 시팅을 포함하는 글레이징.
  13. 액체 코팅 방법에 의한, 적어도 1종의 중합체의 수성 에멀젼으로부터의 내부 층 (3)의 제1 또는 제2 배리어 층 (6, 7) 상의 적어도 하나의 침착 단계 (S2)를 포함하는, 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 중간층의 제조 방법.
