Claims (9)
- 개구 영역과 차광 영역이 정의된 제 1 기판과 제 2 기판;
상기 제 1 기판 상에 구비되고, 게이트 전극, 소스 전극 및 드레인 전극을 포함하는 박막 트랜지스터;
상기 박막 트랜지스터 상에 구비되어 상기 박막 트랜지스터를 덮는 유기 절연층;
상기 유기 절연층 상에 구비되는 터치 전극;
상기 터치 전극 상에 구비되는 보호층;
상기 보호층 상에 구비되는 화소 전극;
상기 제 2 기판 상에 구비된 컬럼 스페이서; 및,
상기 터치 전극과 중첩되는 데이터 라인을 포함하는 액정 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 기판 상에 구비되고, 상기 터치 전극의 상부에 위치한 범프를 더 포함하고,
상기 터치 전극은 상기 범프의 적어도 일변의 하부에 있는 액정 표시 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 터치 전극의 일 끝단은 상기 범프와 중첩하여 상기 차광 영역에 배치되는 액정 표시 장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 터치 전극의 다른 끝단은 상기 범프의 일 끝단보다 상기 개구 영역에 더 가깝게 배치되는 액정 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 터치 전극과 교차되는 게이트 라인을 더 포함하는 액정 표시 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 범프의 적어도 일변의 하부에 구비된 빛샘 방지 패턴을 더 포함하는 액정 표시 장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 빛샘 방지 패턴은 상기 터치 전극과 동일 층에 배치되어 상기 터치 전극과 동일 물질로 이루어지는 액정 표시 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 박막 트랜지스터는 서로 다른 층에 위치하는 복수 개의 금속 전극을 포함하고,
상기 터치 전극은 상기 복수 개의 금속 전극 중 적어도 하나와 동일한 층에서 동일한 물질로 이루어진 액정 표시 장치. - 개구 영역과 차광 영역이 정의된 제 1 기판과 제 2 기판;
상기 제 1 기판 상에 구비되고, 게이트 전극, 소스 전극 및 드레인 전극을 포함하는 박막 트랜지스터;
상기 박막 트랜지스터 상에 구비되어 상기 박막 트랜지스터를 덮는 유기 절연층;
상기 유기 절연층 상에 구비되는 터치 전극;
상기 터치 전극 상에 구비되는 보호층;
상기 보호층 상에 구비되는 화소 전극;
상기 제 2 기판 상에 구비된 컬럼 스페이서; 및,
상기 터치 전극과 교차되는 게이트 라인을 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
