Claims (3)
- 간엽계 줄기 세포 또는 전구 지방 세포를, α 키틴 나노섬유를 함유하는 배지에서 부유 배양하는 단계를 포함하는, 간엽계 줄기 세포 또는 전구 지방 세포를 생산하는 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 α 키틴 나노섬유는 하기 조건 (i) 내지 (iii)을 사용하여 조제되는 것인, 방법:
(i) 고압 호모지나이저의 초고압 챔버로 압송하는 압력이 50~250MPa이고,
(ii) 초고압 챔버에 통과시키는 처리 횟수가 1~10이고, 또한
(iii) 수분산액 중의 원료로서의 α 키틴의 농도가 0.1질량%~1질량%이다. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 배지는 0.0001~1.0%(중량/용량)의 α 키틴 나노섬유를 포함하는, 방법.
