Claims (14)
- 베이스 기재; 및
상기 베이스 기재의 상면에 배치되는 감압 점착층(pressure sensitive adhesive layer)을 포함하고,
상기 감압 점착층은 아크릴계 주제수지, 점착부여제, 경화제 및 광흡수제를 포함하는 점착 조성물로부터 형성되고,
상기 감압 점착층의 반사율이 45% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는,
디스플레이용 점착시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 감압 점착층의 헤이즈(haze)는 3% 이하이고, 투과율은 55% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는,
디스플레이용 점착시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 광흡수제는 카본블랙인 것을 특징으로 하는,
디스플레이용 점착시트.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 카본블랙 입자의 평균 입경은 200~500 nm인 것을 특징으로 하는,
디스플레이용 점착시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 베이스 기재는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(polyethylene terephthalate; PET)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
디스플레이용 점착시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 아크릴계 주제수지 100 중량부에 대하여,
상기 점착부여제는 1.0~10 중량부, 상기 경화제는 0.01~1.0 중량부 및 상기 광흡수제는 0.20~0.36 중량부 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
디스플레이용 점착시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 디스플레이용 점착시트의 점착력은 1800 gf/in. 내지 2200 gf/in. 인 것을 특징으로 하는,
디스플레이용 점착시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
지문인식 내장 디스플레이(Fingerprint on Display; FoD) 패널용 점착시트인 것을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이용 점착시트.
- a) 아크릴계 주제수지, 점착부여제, 경화제 및 광흡수제를 혼합하여 점착 조성물을 수득하는 단계;
b) 상기 a) 단계의 점착 조성물을 베이스 기재에 도포하여 감압 점착층(pressure sensitive adhesive; PSA)을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 감압 점착층의 반사율이 45% 이하이고, 헤이즈는 3% 이하이고, 투과율은 55% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는,
디스플레이용 점착시트의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 광흡수제는 바인더 수지에 분산된 상태인 것을 특징으로 하는,
디스플레이용 점착시트의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 a) 단계는,
a-1) 아크릴계 주제수지, 점착부여제 및 용매를 교반기에서 혼합하는 단계;
a-2) 바인더 수지(binder resin) 및 광흡수제를 소니케이터(sonicator)에서 분산시켜, 광흡수제 분산물을 수득하는 단계;
a-3) 상기 a-1) 단계의 상기 교반 중인 교반기에, 상기 a-2) 단계의 광흡수제 분산물을 첨가하여 교반하는 단계;
a-4) 상기 a-3) 단계의 상기 교반 중인 교반기에 경화제를 첨가한 후 교반하여, 점착 조성물을 수득하는 단계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
디스플레이용 점착시트의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 광흡수제는 카본블랙인 것을 특징으로 하는,
디스플레이용 점착시트의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 바인더 수지는 비닐 수지, 아크릴 수지 및 셀룰로오스 수지로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
디스플레이용 점착시트의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 a-1) 단계, a-2) 단계 및 a-3) 단계에서, 상기 교반기의 교반 속도는 400 rpm 내지 900 rpm인 것을 특징으로 하는,
디스플레이용 점착시트의 제조방법.
