Claims (16)
- 제 1 점착제층, 투명 아크릴계 수지층 및 제 2 점착제층을 순차로 포함하는 양면 점착 시트로서,
상기 제 1점착제층 및 상기 제 2점착제층 각각이 아크릴계 점착제를 포함하고,
상기 제 1 점착제층은 터치 패널에 접하게 되고, 상기 제 2 점착제층은 표시장치모듈에 접하게 되며,
상기 제 1점착제층과 터치 패널의 점착력이 상기 제 2점착제층과 표시장치 모듈 사이의 접착력보다 크며,
상기 제 1점착제층이 포함하는 상기 아크릴계 점착제가, 알킬기의 탄소수가 1~12인 아크릴레이트계 단량체에 대해 5중량% 이상의 양의 작용기 함유 공중합성 단량체를 포함하고,
상기 제 2점착제층이 포함하는 상기 아크릴계 점착제가, 알킬기의 탄소수가 1~12인 아크릴레이트계 단량체에 대해 5중량% 이하의 양의 작용기 함유 공중합성 단량체를 포함하고,
상기 제 1점착제층, 투명 아크릴계 수지층 및 제 2점착제층의 굴절율이 1.44~1.55인 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 점착 시트.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 점착제층의 박리 속도 300mm/min 및 온도 23℃에서 기판에 대한 180°박리력이 800 내지 3000g/in 이며,
상기 제 2 점착제층의 박리 속도 300mm/min 및 온도 23℃에서 편광필름에 대한 180°박리력이 0 내지 80g/in 인 양면 점착 시트.

- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제 1점착제층의 두께가 상기 제 2 점착제층의 두께보다 두꺼운 양면 점착 시트.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 점착제층은 무용제형 점착제에 의해 형성되고, 상기 제 2 점착제층은 용제형 점착제에 의해 형성되는 양면 점착 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 점착제층은 하이드록시 및 아마이드 관능기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 관능기를 갖는 아크릴계 모노머를 사용하여 형성되는 양면 점착 시트.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 점착제층의 두께는 5 내지 250㎛이고,
상기 제 2 점착제층의 두께는 5 내지 100㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 점착 시트.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 투명 아크릴계 수지층의 광투과도가 92% 이상인 양면 점착 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 투명 아크릴계 수지층은 제 1 점착제층 또는 제 2 점착제층과 접하는 하나 이상의 면에 프라이머 처리, 코로나 처리, 플라즈마 처리, 열 처리 및 하드코팅 처리 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 처리가 형성된 것인 양면 점착 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 양면 점착 시트는 JIS Z8729에 규정된 CIE 명도지수 L*가 97 이상이며, b* 값이 0.5 이하인 양면 점착 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 양면 점착 시트의 헤이즈가 1 % 이하인 양면 점착 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 양면 점착 시트의 총 두께가 50 내지 500㎛인 양면 점착 시트.
- 제 1 항의 양면 점착 시트를 구비한 터치 패널 표시 장치로서,
상기 양면 점착 시트의 제 1 점착제층이 터치 패널의 전면에 접착되고, 상기 양면 점착 시트의 제 2 점착제층이 표시장치모듈의 전면에 접착되며, 상기 양면 점착 시트가 터치 패널 또는 표시장치모듈에 대해 박리 및 재접착가능한 터치 패널 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항의 양면 점착 시트의 제 2 점착제층을 표시장치모듈에 접착하는 단계; 및
상기 양면 점착 시트의 제 1 점착제층을 터치 패널에 접착하는 단계를 포함하는 터치 패널의 표시장치모듈에 대한 고정방법.
