Claims (8)
- 흡착공정 유동계를 통해 공급된 유기용제 함유 가스로부터 유기용제를 흡착제를 통해 흡착하는 흡착공정과, 흡착제에 흡착된 유기용제를 스팀공정 유동계를 통해 공급된 스팀을 이용하여 흡착제로부터 액체 상태로 분리시켜 배출하고 건조공정 유동계를 통해 공급된 건조공기로 흡착제를 건조시키는 재생공정을 수행하는 유기용제 흡착부; 및
유기용제 흡착부로부터 배출된 액체로부터 유기용제와 물을 분리하여 별도로 회수하는 회수 공정을 수행하는 유기용제 회수부;
를 포함하는 유기용제 회수 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 유기용제 흡착부는 :
내부에서 흡착공정 또는 재생공정 중 하나가 수행되는 흡착 탱크를 2개 이상 포함하고,
연속공정이 가능하도록 적어도 하나의 흡착 탱크에서 상기 흡착공정이 수행되는 유기용제 회수 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 유기용제 흡착부는 :
흡착 탱크에서 수행되는 공정에 따라 각 흡착 탱크에 연결된 흡착공정 유동계, 스팀공정 유동계 및 건조공정 유동계의 밸브들의 개폐를 제어하는 밸브 제어부를 더 포함하고,
밸브 제어부는 각 흡착 탱크의 흡착공정 시간이 적어도 재생공정 시간의 2배가 되도록 각 흡착 탱크의 밸브를 제어하는 유기용제 회수 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
흡착제는 활성탄, 실리카겔, 알루미나, 제올라이트, 카본 섬유(Carbon Fiber) 중 어느 하나인 유기용제 회수 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 유기용제 회수부는 :
유기용제 흡착부로부터 배출된 액체를 공급받은 후 비중 차이를 이용하여 유기용제와 물를 분리하여 배출하는 유기용제 분리부를 포함하는 유기용제 회수 시스템.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 유기용제 회수부는 :
유기용제 흡착부로부터 배출된 액체를 저장한 후 유기용제 분리부에 공급하는 임시 저장부를 더 포함하는 유기용제 회수 시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 유기용제 회수부는 :
유기용제 분리부로부터 분리 배출된 물을 저장하는 제1 물탱크와, 제1 물탱크로부터 물을 공급받아 공기탈기(Air stripping) 공정으로 잔존 유기용제를 제거하는 공기탈기부와, 공기탈기부로부터 배출되는 물을 저장한 후 배출하는 제2 물탱크를 더 포함하는 유기용제 회수 시스템.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
임시 저장부, 유기용제 분리부, 제1 물탱크, 공기탈기부 및 제2 물탱크 중 적어도 한 곳 이상에서 증발되는 유기용제를 포함하는 증발가스를 연결된 증발가스 유동계를 통해 흡착공정 유동계로 유동시키는 유기용제 회수 시스템.
