Abstract
본 발명을 적용하면, 혈당을 강하시키는 작용, 혈당의 상승을 예방하는 작용 및 인슐린 분비를 증가시키는 작용을 하고, 당뇨병에 대한 탁월한 개선 효과를 나타내며, 돼지감자추출액, 구절초추출액, 오미자추출액 고유의 텁텁함과 떫은맛이 발효를 통해 제거됨으로써 음식물로서 섭취가 용이하여 당뇨환자의 혈당 조절 및 당뇨 예방에 많은 도움을 주어 성인병 예방을 위한 국민 건강 증진에 많은 도움이 된다는 장점이 있다.

Claims (7)
- 불린 콩을 분쇄하여 수득된 두유 100 중량%에 대해, 응고제 0.01 내지 1 중량% 를 혼합하고, 돼지감자추출액, 구절초추출액, 오미자추출액 1내지 5중량%를 혼합하여 응고시킴 으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 당뇨병 예방 및 혈당 조절 효과를 갖는 두부
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 돼지감자추출액, 구절초추출액, 오미자추출액은 100g당 정류된 물 60㎖를 믹서에 혼합함으로 수득된 추출액인 것을 특징으로 하는 당뇨병 예방 및 혈당 조절 효과를 갖는 두부
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 돼지감자추출액, 구절초추출액, 오미자추출액 추출액은 아스퍼질러스 오리자에(Aspergillus oryzae) 및 아스퍼질러스 소자에(Aspergillus Sojae)를 이용하여 발효하는 것을 특징으로 하는 당뇨병 예방 및 혈당 조절 효과를 갖는 두부
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 돼지감자추출액, 구절초추출액, 오미자추출액은 돼지감자, 구절초, 오미자 100g당 정류된 물 60㎖를 믹서에 믹싱함으로 수득된 추출액을 급냉시켜 준비하고, 0.1 중량% 아스퍼질러스 오리자에(Aspergillus oryzae) 및 0.1 중량% 아스퍼질러스 소자에 (Aspergillus sojae)를 넣어 20-35℃의 온도, 50-65%의 습도로 일정하게 유지되는 조건 하에서 10시간 동안 발효시켜 수득된 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 추출물 조성물.
- 선별, 세척된 콩의 껍질을 탈피시킨 후, 건조시키는 제 1과정과; 돼지감자, 구절초, 오미자 100g당 정류된 물 60㎖를 믹서에 믹싱하여 돼지감자추출액, 구절초추출액, 오미자 추출액을 수득하는 제 2과정과; 탈피된 콩을 6 내지 12시간 동안 침지시켜 콩을 불리는 제 3과 정과; 불린 콩을 분쇄기를 이용하여 분쇄하여 두유를 수득하는 제 4과정과; 수득된 두유 100 중량%에 대해, 응고제 0.01 내지 1 중량% 를 혼합하고, 돼지감자추출액, 구절초추출액, 오미자추출액 1내지 5 중량%를 혼합하는 제 5과정과; 응고된 두유를 성형 틀에 투입하여 압축 탈수하고, 이를 성형 후 선별, 포장 하는 제 6과정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 당뇨병 예방 및 혈당 조절 효과를 갖는 두부 제조방법.
- 불린 콩을 분쇄하여 수득된 두유 100 중량%에 대해, 응고제 0.01 내지 1 중량% 를 혼합하고, 돼지감자추출액, 구절초추출액, 1 내지 5 중량% 및 오미자추출액 1 내지 5 중량%를 혼합하여 응고시킴으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 당뇨병 예방 및 혈당 조절 효과를 갖는 두부.

제 6항에 있어서, 상기 돼지감자추출액, 구절초추출액 및 오미자추출액은 돼지감자 100g, 구절초 100g, 오미 자 100g당 정류된 물 60㎖를 믹서에 믹싱함으로써 수득된 추출액인 것을 특징으로 하는 당뇨병 예방 및 혈당 조절 효과를 갖는 두부.
