Claims (16)
- 시일링된 패널 에지를 포함하는 패널을 제조하는 방법으로서,
a) 패널 상부 면 (11), 패널 하부 면 (12) 및 적어도 한 쌍의 대향하는 패널 에지들 (13) 을 포함하는 미가공 패널 (10) 을 제공하는 단계로서, 상기 미가공 패널 (10) 은 상기 패널 상부 면 (11) 상에 도포된 프린트 기판 층 (15) 및 캐리어 플레이트 코어 (14) 를 포함하는, 상기 제공하는 단계;
b) 상기 대향하는 패널 에지들 (13) 의 쌍 중 적어도 하나의 패널 에지 (13) 와 상기 패널 상부 면 (11) 사이에 챔퍼 (19) 를 형성하는 단계,
c) 상기 적어도 하나의 패널 에지 (13) 를 시일링하는 단계로서, 상기 시일링은 함침제 (20) 로 함침하는 것을 포함하고, 상기 함침제 (20) 는 상기 적어도 하나의 패널 에지 (13) 및 상기 챔퍼 (19) 상에 도포되는, 상기 시일링하는 단계
를 적어도 포함하는, 시일링된 패널 에지를 포함하는 패널을 제조하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 함침제 (20) 는 상기 적어도 하나의 패널 에지 (13) 및 서로 인접한 챔퍼 (19) 구역 상에 도포되는, 시일링된 패널 에지를 포함하는 패널을 제조하는 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
시일링하기 전에 상기 대향하는 패널 에지들 (13) 의 쌍은 상보적인 보유 프로파일들 (21) 을 형성하도록 프로파일링되는, 시일링된 패널 에지를 포함하는 패널을 제조하는 방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 함침제 (20) 는 상보적인 보유 프로파일 (21) 이 대향하는 패널 에지 (13) 의 상기 상보적인 보유 프로파일 (21) 과 함께 로킹 홈 (22) 을 형성하는 구역에서 상기 적어도 하나의 패널 에지 (13) 상에 도포되고, 상기 함침제 (20) 는 바람직하게는 상기 구역에서 상기 대향하는 패널 에지들 (13) 의 쌍의 다른 패널 에지 (13) 상에도 도포되는, 시일링된 패널 에지를 포함하는 패널을 제조하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 함침제 (20) 는 상기 챔퍼 (19) 및/또는 상기 패널 에지 (13) 상에서 전체 면적에 걸쳐 도포되는, 시일링된 패널 에지를 포함하는 패널을 제조하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 함침제 (20) 는 디프로필렌 글리콜 알킬 에테르, 바람직하게는 디프로필렌 글리콜 메틸 에테르, 특히 바람직하게는 2-메톡시-메틸에톡시-프로판올을 포함하는, 시일링된 패널 에지를 포함하는 패널을 제조하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 함침제 (20) 는 디프로필렌 글리콜 알킬 에테르를 함침제에 대해 1 중량% 이상 내지 20 중량% 이하, 바람직하게는 2.5 중량% 이상 내지 10 중량% 이하의 범위의 양으로 포함하는, 시일링된 패널 에지를 포함하는 패널을 제조하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 함침제 (20) 는 용매를 포함하고, 상기 용매는 바람직하게는 본질적으로 C11-C13 이소알칸들로 이루어지는, 시일링된 패널 에지를 포함하는 패널을 제조하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 함침제 (20) 는 염료를 포함하는, 시일링된 패널 에지를 포함하는 패널을 제조하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 패널 에지 (13) 를 시일링하는 단계는 상기 챔퍼 (19) 를 시일링 래커 (23) 로 코팅하는 것을 포함하는, 시일링된 패널 에지를 포함하는 패널을 제조하는 방법. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 시일링 래커 (23) 는 도포 후에 경화되고, 바람직하게는 방사선-경화되고, 특히 바람직하게는 ≥ 10 nm 내지 ≤ 450 nm 범위의 파장을 갖는 UV 방사선으로 방사선-경화되는, 시일링된 패널 에지를 포함하는 패널을 제조하는 방법. - 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 시일링 래커 (23) 는 아크릴레이트계 래커, 특히 폴리우레탄-개질된 아크릴레이트계 래커를 포함하는, 시일링된 패널 에지를 포함하는 패널을 제조하는 방법. - 제 10 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 시일링 래커 (23) 는 상기 함침제 (20) 상에 적어도 부분적으로 도포되는, 시일링된 패널 에지를 포함하는 패널을 제조하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 시일링된 패널 에지를 포함하는 미가공 패널 (10) 로서,
패널 상부 면 (11) 및 패널 하부 면 (12) 및 적어도 한 쌍의 대향하는 패널 에지들 (13) 을 포함하고,
상기 미가공 패널 (10) 은 상기 패널 상부 면 (11) 상에 도포된 프린트 기판 층 (15) 및 캐리어 플레이트 코어 (14) 를 포함하고,
상기 미가공 패널 (10) 은 상기 대향하는 패널 에지들 (13) 의 쌍 중 적어도 하나의 패널 에지 (13) 와 상기 패널 상부 면 (11) 사이에 챔퍼 (19) 를 포함하고,
