Claims (12)
- LED 조명 기구에서 광원의 빛을 반사하여 집중시키는 리플렉터의 제작 방법에 있어서,
상기 제작 방법은,
(a) 평탄화 가공된 내부 표면을 가지는 금형을 통하여 플라스틱 사출물이 사출되는 단계;
(b) 이물질 제거를 위하여 상기 플라스틱 사출물의 표면이 초음파 세척되는 단계;
(c) 상기 초음파 세척된 플라스틱 사출물의 접착력을 향상시키기 위해 플라즈마 표면 처리가 수행되는 단계;
(d) 플라스틱 사출물 상부에 알루미늄 박막이 증착되는 단계; 및
(e) 상기 알루미늄 박막이 증착된 플라스틱 사출물에 대전 방지층으로 형성되는 상도 코팅이 수행되는 단계;를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 리플렉터 제작 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제작 방법은,
상기 단계 (e) 이후에,
(f) 상기 상도 코팅된 플라스틱 사출물에 UV 코팅(ultraviolet coating)이 수행되는 단계;를 더 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 리플렉터 제작 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 단계 (a)는,
상기 플라스틱 사출물인 리플렉터에 있어서, 광원의 비조명 범위를 수평방향으로부터의 각도 범위로 정의한 컷오프 각(cutoff angle)이 35˚내지 45˚ 범위에서 유지되도록 플라스틱 사출물을 사출함을 특징으로 하는 리플렉터 제작 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 리플렉터는,

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (c) 단계는,
(c1) 플라즈마 표면 처리가 수행되는 단계와;
(c2) 상기 플라즈마 표면 처리된 플라스틱 사출물에 대전 방지층으로 형성되는 하도 코팅이 수행되는 단계;를 포함하여 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 리플렉터 제작 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 하도 코팅용 조성물은,
전도성 고분자 40 내지 50 중량%;
유기 용매 5 내지 10 중량%;
바인더 수지 5 내지 10 중량%; 및
물 35 내지 50 중량%;를 포함하고,
상기 상도 코팅용 조성물은,
전도성 고분자 10 내지 30 중량%;
유기 용매 5 내지 10 중량%;
바인더 수지 5 내지 10 중량%; 및
물 55 내지 75 중량%;를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 리플렉터 제작 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 전도성 고분자는 폴리티오펜 계열임을 특징으로 하는 리플렉터 제작 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 상도 코팅용 전도성 고분자는 PEDOT:PSS[poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)]임을 특징으로 하는 리플렉터 제작 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 플라스틱 사출물의 표면저항은 1.0x103 내지 5.0x103 MΩ/sq 임을 특징으로 하는 리플렉터 제작 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 단계 (e)의 알루미늄 증착은,
10-4 내지 10-6 [torr]의 진공압을 가지는 챔버 내에서 1500 내지 1800℃의 온도 범위에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 리플렉터 제작 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄 증착은 800Å 내지 1200Å의 두께로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 리플렉터 제작 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 플라스틱 사출물은 폴리카보네이트(Polycarbonate) 또는 ABS 수지(Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene resin)로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 리플렉터 제작 방법.
