Claims (24)
- 고성능 시멘트의 제조에 사용하기 위한 수성 분쇄 보조제 조성물로서,
적어도 하나의 폴리카르복실레이트 중합체 및 적어도 하나의 계면활성제를 포함하는, 수성 분쇄 보조제 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리카르복실레이트 중합체가 폴리카르복실레이트 에테르 또는 폴리카르복실레이트 에스테르 중합체인, 수성 분쇄 보조제 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 폴리카르복실레이트 중합체의 분자량이 2000 내지 50000인, 수성 분쇄 보조제 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 계면활성제가 비이온성인, 수성 분쇄 보조제 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 계면활성제가 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 0.1% 내지 0.3%의 양으로 존재하는, 수성 분쇄 보조제 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 수성 분쇄 보조제 조성물은 상기 폴리카르복실레이트 중합체를 비이온수 및 계면활성제로 30 내지 40분 동안 혼합하여 희석함으로써 수득되는, 수성 분쇄 보조제 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 수성 분쇄 보조제 조성물의 용도로서,
고성능 시멘트의 제조에서의 용도. - 고성능 시멘트의 제조 방법으로서,
a) 적어도 하나의 유기 아민 및 적어도 하나의 아미노 알코올을 혼합하여 제1 첨가제를 제공하는 단계,
b) 적어도 하나의 알칸올아민 및 적어도 하나의 글리콜을 혼합하여 제2 첨가제를 제공하는 단계,
c) 첨가제 조성물을 수득하기 위해 제1 첨가제를 제2 첨가제와 혼합하는 단계,
d) 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리카르복실레이트 중합체의 수성 조성물을 제공하는 단계, 및
e) 상기 첨가제 조성물 및 상기 폴리카르복실레이트 중합체의 수성 조성물을 시멘트의 분쇄에 함께 또는 별도로 도입하는 단계
를 포함하는, 방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
제1 첨가제 및 제2 첨가제가 적어도 하나의 계면활성제를 추가로 포함하는, 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 계면활성제가 비이온성인, 방법. - 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
제1 첨가제가 적어도 하나의 유기 아민, 적어도 하나의 아미노 알코올 및 글루콘산나트륨을 혼합함으로써 제공되는, 방법. - 제8항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 유기 아민이 2-에틸디이소프로필아민, 디에틸아민, 트리에틸아민, 디메틸아민 피리딘, 에틸디이소프로필아민, 프로카인, 디벤질아민, N-메틸모르폴린, 디하이드로아비에틸아민, 1-에페나민, 메틸-피페리딘 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 방법. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 유기 아민이 2-에틸디이소프로필아민인, 방법. - 제8항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 유기 아민이 제1 첨가제의 35 중량% 내지 50 중량%의 양으로 존재하는, 방법. - 제8항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 아미노 알코올이 1-(N,N-비스(2-하이드록시에틸)아미노)프로판-2-올 (디에탄올이소프로판올아민, DEIPA), 에탄올아민, 디에탄올아민, 트리에탄올아민, 디아미노메탄알 (우레아), N-부틸디에탄올아민, M-메틸디에탄올아민, N-에틸디에탄올아민, 디이소프로판올아민, 메틸 디이소프로판올아민, 테트라하이드록시프로필에틸렌디아민, 트리메틸아미노 에틸에탄올아민 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 방법. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 아미노 알코올이 1-(N,N-비스(2-하이드록시에틸)아미노)프로판-2-올 (DEIPA)인, 방법. - 제8항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 글리콜이 2-(하이드록시에톡시)에탄-2-올 (디에틸렌 글리콜), 에틸렌 글리콜, 프로필렌 글리콜, 글리세롤 (프로판-1,2,3-트리올), 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 모노프로필렌 글리콜 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 방법. - 제17항에 있어서,
상기 글리콜이 글리세롤 및/또는 디에틸렌 글리콜인, 방법. - 제8항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
단계 c)가 30 내지 65 ℃에서 수행되는, 방법. - 제19항에 있어서,
반응 단계 c)가 40 내지 60℃에서 수행되는, 방법. - 제8항 내지 제20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
제1 첨가제 대 제2 첨가제의 비가 1:0.5 내지 4:1인, 방법. - 제8항 내지 제20항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득되는 고성능 시멘트로서,
상기 시멘트는 시멘트 중량을 기준으로 5 내지 45%의 미네랄 첨가제를 포함하는, 고성능 시멘트. - 제21항에 있어서,
상기 고성능 시멘트는 시멘트 중량을 기준으로 10 내지 35%의 미네랄 첨가제를 포함하는, 고성능 시멘트. - 제21항 또는 제22항에 있어서,
상기 미네랄 첨가제가 규산질 비산재, 석회질 비산재, 용광로 슬래그, 석회석 (탄산칼슘), 이산화규소 (규사), 천연 포졸란, 산업용 포졸란 및 연소된 셰일로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 고성능 시멘트.
