Claims (15)
- 주제동부(main braking system) 및 보조제동부(redundancy braking system) 중 하나 이상을 이용하여 차량을 제동하는 브레이크 시스템(brake system)으로서,
운전자의 제동요구를 검출하도록 구성된 제동요구 검출부(brake demand detecting unit);
상기 제동요구 검출부에 의해 검출된 값에 상응하여 마스터실린더(master cylinder) 내부에 압력을 제어하도록 구성되되,
제1 요구전류에 관한 전기적 신호를 생성함으로써 상기 마스터실린더 내부의 압력을 제어하는 압력제어기(pressure controller); 및
제2 요구전류에 관한 전기적 신호를 생성함으로써 모터의 위치를 제어하는 모터 위치제어기(motor position controller);
상기 모터 위치제어기 및 상기 압력제어기 중 어느 하나로부터 인가받은 전기적 신호에 상응하여 모터의 전류를 제어하는 전류제어기(current controller)를 포함하는 제어부(electronic control unit);
상기 모터의 회전자(rotor)의 위치를 감지하도록 구성된 위치검출부(position detecting unit);
상기 마스터실린더의 내부 압력을 센싱하도록 구성된 압력검출부(pressure detecting unit);
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는,
상기 제1 요구전류 및 상기 제2 요구전류의 부호가 같고,
상기 제2 요구전류로부터 상기 제1 요구전류의 차분(difference)이 기설정된 역치 대비 작거나 같은 경우 상기 제1 요구전류를 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는,
상기 제1 요구전류 및 상기 제2 요구전류의 부호가 다르거나,
상기 제2 요구전류로부터 상기 제1 요구전류의 차분이 기설정된 역치보다 큰 경우 상기 제2 요구전류를 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 시스템. - 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 선택된 제1 요구전류 또는 선택된 제2 요구전류를 상기 전류제어기에 입력함으로써 상기 모터의 전류를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 시스템. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 전류제어기로부터 PWM duty 신호를 인가받아 상기 모터의 전압 또는 전류를 변환하도록 형성된 인버터(inverter)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제동요구 검출부는 페달 스트로크 센서(pedal stroke sensor)를 이용하여 제동요구를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 시스템. - 주제동부(main braking system) 및 보조제동부(redundancy braking system) 중 하나 이상을 이용하여 차량을 제동하는 브레이크 시스템(brake system)의 제어방법에 있어서,
제동요구 검출부에 의해 운전자의 제동요구가 검출되는 과정;
제어부에 의해 운전자의 제동요구에 상응하는 제동압력을 형성하기 위한 마스터실린더의 내부 압력이 연산되는 과정;
제어부에 의해 상기 마스터실린더의 압력을 연산된 압력으로 변화시키기 위한 모터 회전자의 위치가 연산되는 과정;
압력제어기에 의해 상기 내부 압력을 형성하기 위해 모터에 인가되는 제1 요구전류가 연산되는 과정;
모터 위치제어기에 의해 상기 모터 회전자가 연산된 위치에 위치하도록 모터에 인가되는 제2 요구전류가 연산되는 과정
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 상기 제1 요구전류 및 상기 제2 요구전류의 부호가 같고,
상기 제2 요구전류로부터 상기 제1 요구전류의 차분(difference)이 기설정된 역치 대비 작거나 같은 경우 상기 제1 요구전류를 선택하는 과정
을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 상기 제1 요구전류 및 상기 제2 요구전류의 부호가 다르거나,
상기 제2 요구전류로부터 상기 제1 요구전류의 차분이 기설정된 역치보다 큰 경우 상기 제2 요구전류를 선택하는 과정

상기 모터 회전자가 상기 연산된 모터 회전자의 위치를 만족하는지 판단하는 과정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어방법. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 연산된 모터 회전자의 위치를 만족한다고 판단되는 경우, 위치 제어를 종료하는 과정; 및
상기 연산된 모터 회전자의 위치를 만족하지 못한다고 판단되는 경우, 상기 위치제어기의 제2 요구전류를 다시 연산하는 과정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어방법.
