도 1d는 실시예 1에서 제공된 바와 같은 특정한 비-제한적인 실시양태에 따라 제조된 부직포 재료 (구조물 7)의 조성을 개략적으로 도시하고;

Claims (27)
- 에어레이드 부직포 재료이며,
이성분 섬유를 포함하는 제1 층, 및
제1 층에 인접하게 배치되고, 셀룰로스 섬유 및 이성분 섬유를 포함하는 제2 층을 포함하고,
제2 층이 그의 외부 표면의 적어도 일부분 상에서 결합제로 결합되고,
제2 층의 적어도 일부분이 패턴화되고,
부직포 재료가 약 5% 미만의 퍼센트 유출을 갖는, 에어레이드 부직포 재료. - 제1항에 있어서, 제2 층의 패턴화는 교대되는 마루부 및 골부를 포함하고, 마루부가 골부보다 더 높은 평량을 갖는, 에어레이드 부직포 재료.
- 제2항에 있어서, 마루부는 너비가 약 2 mm 내지 약 4 mm이고 골부는 너비가 약 1 mm 내지 약 2.5 mm인, 에어레이드 부직포 재료.
- 제1항의 에어레이드 부직포 재료를 포함하는 흡수 물품.
- 에어레이드 부직포 재료이며,
이성분 섬유를 포함하는 제1 층,
제1 층에 인접하게 배치되고, 셀룰로스 섬유 및 이성분 섬유를 포함하는 제2 층, 및
제2 층에 인접하게 배치되고, 셀룰로스 섬유 및 이성분 섬유를 포함하는 제3 층을 포함하고,

- 제6항에 있어서, 마루부는 너비가 약 2 mm 내지 약 4 mm이고 골부는 너비가 약 1 mm 내지 약 2.5 mm인, 에어레이드 부직포 재료.
- 제5항의 에어레이드 부직포 재료를 포함하는 흡수 물품.
- 에어레이드 부직포 재료이며,
