Claims (10)
- 일 방향으로 적층된 복수 개의 배터리 셀들로 구성된 셀 적층체; 및
상기 배터리 셀들의 전압 센싱 및 전기적 연결을 위해 상기 셀 적층체의 전방 또는 후방에 배치되는 센싱 모듈을 포함하고,
상기 센싱 모듈은,
상기 셀 적층체의 전면 또는 후면을 커버하도록 형성되고, 상기 배터리 셀들의 전극 리드를 인출시킬 수 있는 복수 개의 리드 인출공들을 구비한 메인 프레임;
상기 메인 프레임 상에 일 방향을 따라 서로 이격 배치되는 복수 개의 버스바들; 및
대응하는 상기 버스바에 탈부착 가능하게 마련된 복수 개의 센싱팁들을 구비하고 상기 메인 프레임에 부착되는 경성 재질의 인쇄회로기판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 메인 프레임은,
각 상기 버스바에 대응하는 형상으로 음각된 버스바 장착부; 및
상기 버스바 장착부의 상부 영역 구비되고 상기 인쇄회로기판에 대응하는 형상으로 음각된 기판 장착부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 복수 개의 센싱팁들은, 각각
상기 인쇄회로기판에 솔더링되는 베이스부; 및
상기 베이스부에서 소정 길이만큼 연장 형성되고, 정방향 또는 역방향으로 회전시켜 상기 버스바에 접촉 또는 접촉해제시킬 수 있게 마련된 연결부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 연결부는 절곡된 끝단부를 구비하고,
상기 버스바는 상기 연결부의 끝단부가 억지 끼움 결합되게 마련된 슬릿을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 연결부의 끝단부는, 볼록 패턴으로 형성된 비드를 하나 이상 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 버스바는 상기 리드 인출공의 외곽을 둘러싸는 틀 형태로 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 센싱 모듈은, 상기 인쇄회로기판의 가장자리에 직접 접속하게 마련된 다이렉트 커넥터를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 다이렉트 커넥터는,
상기 인쇄회로기판의 일면에 접촉하는 상판부와, 상기 인쇄회로기판의 타면에 접촉하는 하판부를 구비하고 상기 인쇄회로기판의 가장자리에 물리도록 마련된 커넥터 하우징;과, 상기 커넉테 하우징의 내부에 구비되고 상기 인쇄회로기판의 표면에 구비되는 도체선들에 접촉하게 마련된 커넥터 터미널들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 인쇄회로기판의 가장자리 일부분과 상기 메인 프레임의 전면 사이에는, 상기 커넥터 하우징을 접속시킬 수 있게, 빈 공간이 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 배터리 모듈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
