Abstract
상기와 같이 이루어지는 본 발명의 착탈식 전압센싱모듈 및 이를 구비한 배터리장치은, 버스바가 기판에 대해 분해조립 가능하도록 접속되므로, 언제든지 기판의 교체가 가능하므로 조립이 쉽고 유지보수가 용이하다.

도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 착탈식 전압센싱모듈이 구비된 배터리장치를 도시한 도면이다.
도 3은 상기 도 2에 도시한 전압센싱모듈의 분해 사시도이다.
도 4는 상기 도 3에 도시한 전압센싱모듈에서의 잭터미널의 작용을 설명하기 위하여 도시한 도면이다.
도 5는 상기 도 4에 도시한 잭터미널의 다른 예를 도시한 잭터미널의 측단면도이다.

Claims (14)
- 배터리셀의 셀탭과 접속하는 다수의 버스바가 고정되어 있는 바디와;
회로가 형성되어 있고 상기 바디에 대해 착탈 가능하게 결합하는 기판과;
상기 기판에 배치된 것으로서, 바디에 대해 기판을 결합할 때, 상기 버스바와 탄성 결합하고, 상기 버스바의 일단부와 접속하여 배터리셀을 기판에 접속시키는 잭터미널과;
상기 바디에 대해 기판을 고정하는 고정수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 착탈식 전압센싱모듈. - 배터리셀의 셀탭과 접속하는 다수의 버스바가 고정되어 있는 바디와;
회로가 형성되어 있고 상기 바디에 대해 착탈 가능하게 결합하는 기판과;
상기 기판에 배치된 것으로서, 바디에 대해 기판을 결합할 때, 상기 버스바의 일단부와 접속하여 배터리셀을 기판에 접속시키는 잭터미널과;
상기 바디에 대해 기판을 고정하는 고정수단을 포함하며,
상기 기판에는 다수의 끼움구멍이 관통 형성되어 있고,
상기 고정수단은;
상기 바디의 일측면에 돌출 형성된 것으로서, 상기 끼움구멍에 삽입 고정되는 탄성홀더를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 착탈식 전압센싱모듈. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 탄성홀더는;
상기 기판측으로 돌출되되 그 중심에 슬릿이 형성되어, 상기 슬릿을 중심으로 오므라지거나 벌어질 수 있는 탄력부재로서, 그 단부에는 상기 끼움구멍을 통과한 후 벌어져 끼움구멍에 걸리는 헤드부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 착탈식 전압센싱모듈. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 버스바의 일단부는 바디로부터 돌출되어 있고,
상기 잭터미널은;
탄성력을 갖는 금속판을 프레싱가공한 것으로서,
상기 버스바의 일단부를 그 내부로 통과시키는 관통구멍을 가지고,
상기 관통구멍의 내부에 상기 버스바의 일단부를 물어 고정하는 다수의 가압접속편을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 착탈식 전압센싱모듈. - 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 버스바의 일단부는 판상의 형태를 취하며,
상기 가압접속편은;
상기 버스바를 사이에 두고 버스바의 일면을 탄성 가압하는 제 1가압접속편과,
상기 제 1가압접속편에 대응하며 버스바의 타면을 가압하는 제 2가압접속편을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 착탈식 전압센싱모듈. - 제 4항 또는 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 가압접속편의 버스바에 접하는 부분에는, 버스바의 미끄럼 이탈을 방지하기 위한 이탈방지부가 더 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 착탈식 전압센싱모듈. - 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 이탈방지부는;
상기 가압접속편의 가압면에 형성되어 있는 톱니부인 것을 특징으로 하는 착탈식 전압센싱모듈. - 나란하게 적층 구성되며 그 단부에 마련되어 있는 셀탭이 상호 접속되어 있는 다수의 배터리셀과;
배터리셀의 셀탭과 접속하는 다수의 버스바가 고정되어 있는 바디와;
회로가 형성되어 있고 상기 바디에 대해 착탈 가능하게 결합하는 기판과;
상기 기판에 배치된 것으로서, 바디에 대해 기판을 결합할 때, 상기 버스바와 탄성 결합하고, 상기 버스바의 일단부와 접속하여 배터리셀을 기판에 접속시키는 잭터미널과;
상기 바디에 대해 기판을 고정하는 고정수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리장치. - 나란하게 적층 구성되며 그 단부에 마련되어 있는 셀탭이 상호 접속되어 있는 다수의 배터리셀과;
배터리셀의 셀탭과 접속하는 다수의 버스바가 고정되어 있는 바디와;
회로가 형성되어 있고 상기 바디에 대해 착탈 가능하게 결합하는 기판과;
상기 기판에 배치된 것으로서, 바디에 대해 기판을 결합할 때, 상기 버스바의 일단부와 접속하여 배터리셀을 기판에 접속시키는 잭터미널과;
상기 바디에 대해 기판을 고정하는 고정수단을 포함하며,
상기 기판에는 다수의 끼움구멍이 관통 형성되어 있고,
상기 고정수단은;
상기 바디의 일측면에 돌출 형성된 것으로서, 상기 끼움구멍에 삽입 고정되는 탄성홀더를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리장치. - 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 탄성홀더는;
상기 기판측으로 돌출되되 그 중심에 슬릿이 형성되어, 상기 슬릿을 중심으로 오므라지거나 벌어질 수 있는 탄력부재로서, 그 단부에는 상기 끼움구멍을 통과한 후 벌어져 끼움구멍에 걸리는 헤드부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리장치. - 제 8항에 있어서,
상기 버스바의 일단부는 바디로부터 돌출되어 있고,
상기 잭터미널은;
