Abstract
폴리프로필렌계 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 기층(基層)(A)과, 그 양면에 폴리프로필렌계 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 표면층(B)을 갖고, 이하의 조건 a)∼d)를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 2축 배향 폴리프로필렌계 수지 필름.
a) 기층(A)을 구성하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 조성물 전체의 메소펜타드 분율이 95.0% 이상, 99.5% 이하이다.
b) 기층(A)을 구성하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 조성물 전체의 프로필렌 모노머 유래 성분 및 α-올레핀 모노머 유래 성분의 합계에 대한 α-올레핀 모노머 유래 성분의 비율이 0.2 몰% 이하이다.
c) 표면층(B)을 구성하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 조성물 중의 프로필렌 모노머 유래 성분 및 α-올레핀 모노머 유래 성분의 합계에 대해 부텐-1 모노머 유래 성분의 비율이 5 몰% 이상 10 몰% 이하이다.
d) 2축 배향 폴리프로필렌계 수지 필름의 두께가 60㎛ 이하이고, 2축 배향 폴리프로필렌계 수지 필름 전층(全層)의 두께에 대해, 표면층(B)의 두께의 비율이 3% 이상 10% 이하이다.

Claims (9)
- 폴리프로필렌계 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 기층(基層)(A)과, 그 양면에 폴리프로필렌계 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 표면층(B)을 갖고, 이하의 조건 a)∼d)를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 2축 배향 폴리프로필렌계 수지 필름:
a) 기층(A)을 구성하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 조성물 전체의 메소펜타드 분율이 95.0% 이상, 99.5% 이하이다
b) 기층(A)을 구성하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 조성물 전체의 프로필렌 모노머 유래 성분 및 α-올레핀 모노머 유래 성분의 합계에 대한 α-올레핀 모노머 유래 성분의 비율이 0.2 몰% 이하이다
c) 표면층(B)을 구성하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 조성물 중의 프로필렌 모노머 유래 성분 및 α-올레핀 모노머 유래 성분의 합계에 대해 부텐-1 모노머 유래 성분의 비율이 5 몰% 이상 10 몰% 이하이다
d) 2축 배향 폴리프로필렌계 수지 필름의 두께가 60㎛ 이하이고, 2축 배향 폴리프로필렌계 수지 필름 전층(全層)의 두께에 대해, 표면층(B)의 두께의 비율이 3% 이상 10% 이하이다. - 폴리프로필렌계 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 기층(A)과, 그 양면에 폴리프로필렌계 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 표면층(B)을 갖고, 이하의 조건 A)∼D)를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 2축 배향 폴리프로필렌계 수지 필름:
A) 기층(A)을 구성하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 조성물 중 DSC 융점이 가장 낮은 폴리프로필렌계 수지의 융점 피크 온도가 160℃ 이상이다
B) 기층(A)을 구성하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 조성물 전체의 프로필렌 모노머 유래 성분 및 α-올레핀 모노머 유래 성분의 합계에 대한 α-올레핀 모노머 유래 성분의 비율이 0.2 몰% 이하이다
C) 표면층(B)을 구성하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 조성물 중의 프로필렌 모노머 유래 성분 및 α-올레핀 모노머 유래 성분의 합계에 대해 부텐-1 모노머 유래 성분의 비율이 5 몰% 이상 10 몰% 이하이다
D) 2축 배향 폴리프로필렌계 수지 필름의 두께가 60㎛ 이하이고, 2축 배향 폴리프로필렌계 수지 필름 전층의 두께에 대해, 표면층(B)의 두께의 비율이 3% 이상 10% 이하이다. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 기층(A)을 구성하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 조성물 전체의 멜트 플로우 레이트(MFR)가 2.0g/10min 이상, 4.5g/10min 이하인 2축 배향 폴리프로필렌계 수지 필름. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 기층(A)을 구성하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 조성물이 복수의 폴리프로필렌 단독 중합체를 포함하고, 메소펜타드 분율이 가장 높은 폴리프로필렌 단독 중합체의 메소펜타드 분율이 97.5% 이상이며, 또한 메소펜타드 분율이 가장 낮은 폴리프로필렌 단독 중합체의 메소펜타드 분율이 96.5% 이하인, 2축 배향 폴리프로필렌계 수지 필름. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 기층(A)을 구성하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 조성물이 프로필렌 단독 중합체, 프로필렌·에틸렌 공중합체, 프로필렌·부텐-1 공중합체, 프로필렌·에틸렌·부텐-1 공중합체, 및 프로필렌·펜텐-1 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 중합체를 포함하는 2축 배향 폴리프로필렌계 수지 필름. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 2축 배향 폴리프로필렌계 수지 필름의 길이 방향의 영률이 2.0GPa 이상, 폭 방향의 영률이 4.0GPa 이상인 폴리프로필렌계 적층 필름. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 2축 배향 폴리프로필렌계 수지 필름의 용단 시일 강도가 18N/15mm 이상인 폴리프로필렌계 적층 필름. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 2축 배향 폴리프로필렌계 수지 필름의 히트 시일의 도달 강도가 3N/15mm 이상인 폴리프로필렌계 적층 필름. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재한 2축 배향 폴리프로필렌계 수지 필름을 이용한 포장체.
