Claims (5)
- 필름을 구성하는 폴리프로필렌 수지가 하기 1) 내지 4)의 조건을 만족시키는 것 및 필름의 면 배향 계수의 하한이 0.0125인 것을 특징으로 하는 2축 배향 폴리프로필렌 필름.
1) 메소펜타드 분율의 하한이 96%이다.
2) 프로필렌 이외의 공중합 모노머량의 상한이 0.1㏖%이다.
3) 질량 평균 분자량(Mw)/수 평균 분자량(Mn)이 3.0 이상, 5.4 이하이다.
4) 230℃, 2.16㎏f에서 측정되는 용융 유속(MFR)이 6.5g/10min 이상, 9.0g/10min 이하이다. - 폴리프로필렌계 수지를 주 성분으로 하는 기재층 (A)와 기재층 (A)의 적어도 한쪽의 표면에 폴리프로필렌계 수지를 주 성분으로 하는 표면층 (B)를 갖고, 기재층 (A)를 구성하는 폴리프로필렌 수지가 하기 1) 내지 4)의 조건을 만족시키는 것,
및 필름의 면 배향 계수의 하한이 0.0125인 것을 특징으로 하는 2축 배향 폴리프로필렌 필름.
1) 메소펜타드 분율의 하한이 96%이다.
2) 프로필렌 이외의 공중합 모노머량의 상한이 0.1㏖%이다.
3) 질량 평균 분자량(Mw)/수 평균 분자량(Mn)이 3.0 이상, 5.4 이하이다.
4) 230℃, 2.16㎏f에서 측정되는 용융 유속(MFR)이 6.2g/10min 이상, 9.0g/10min 이하이다. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 필름의 세로 방향 및 가로 방향의 150℃에서의 열 수축률이 8% 이하인 2축 배향 폴리프로필렌 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필름의 세로 방향의 인장 탄성률이 2.0㎬ 이상이며, 필름의 가로 방향의 인장 탄성률이 4.5㎬ 이상인 2축 배향 폴리프로필렌 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필름의 헤이즈값이 5% 이하인 2축 배향 폴리프로필렌 필름.
