- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 벌크 밀도가 0.20 내지 0.45g/㎤, 굽힘 탄성률이 3.0 내지 15.0GPa, 두께 방향의 가스 투과 계수가 200 내지 600mL·mm/㎠/hr/Pa인, 다공질 기재.

상기 탄소 섬유 시트에 수지 또는 유기 섬유를 첨가하여, 수지 첨가 탄소 섬유 시트를 제조하고,
상기 수지 첨가 탄소 섬유 시트를 가열 가압하여 탄소 섬유지를 제조하는 방법이며,
상기 탄소 섬유가, 평균 섬유 직경이 10 내지 20㎛, 평균 섬유 길이가 2 내지 30mm, 인장 탄성률이 200 내지 600GPa, 인장 강도가 3000 내지 7000MPa인 탄소 섬유 (A)를 포함하는, 탄소 섬유지의 제조 방법. - 제11항에 있어서, 상기 탄소 섬유 (A)와, 평균 섬유 직경이 3 내지 9㎛, 평균 섬유 길이가 2 내지 30mm, 인장 탄성률이 200 내지 600GPa, 인장 강도가 3000 내지 7000MPa인 탄소 섬유 (B)를 혼합하여 탄소 섬유 혼합물로 하고, 상기 탄소 섬유 혼합물을 상기 탄소 섬유로서 사용하는 탄소 섬유지의 제조 방법이며,
상기 탄소 섬유 혼합물 중의 상기 탄소 섬유 (B)의 질량이, 상기 탄소 섬유 혼합물 중의 상기 탄소 섬유 (A)의 질량 이하인, 탄소 섬유지의 제조 방법. - 제11항 또는 제12항의 탄소 섬유지의 제조 방법으로 제조된 탄소 섬유지를 탄소화 처리하여 다공질 기재를 제조하는, 다공질 기재의 제조 방법.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 기재된 탄소 섬유지의 제조 방법으로 제조된 탄소 섬유지.
- 제13항에 기재된 다공질 기재의 제조 방법으로 제조된 다공질 기재.
