Claims (5)
- 유리 기판, 고굴절 유전체층, 제1 유전체층, 제1 금속 보호층, 적외선 반사 금속층, 제2 금속 보호층, 제2 유전체층 및 오버코트층이 순차적으로 적층되어 있고,
상기 고굴절 유전체층은 굴절률이 1.8 이상이고, SixZryAlzNn을 포함하는, 저방사 유리. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1 유전체층 및 제2 유전체층은 각각 독립적으로 실리콘 함유 질화물을 포함하고,
상기 제1 금속 보호층 및 제2 금속 보호층은 각각 독립적으로 니켈, 크롬, 및 니켈-크롬 합금으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는, 저방사 유리. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 고굴절 유전체층은 평균 두께가 0nm 초과 40 nm 이하이고,
상기 제1 유전체층은 평균 두께가 0nm 초과 40 nm 이하이며,
상기 제1 금속 보호층 및 상기 제2 금속 보호층은 각각 독립적으로 평균 두께가 0.5 내지 3 nm이고,
상기 적외선 반사 금속층은 평균 두께가 5 내지 20 nm이며,
상기 제2 유전체층은 평균 두께가 10 내지 50 nm인, 저방사 유리. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 저방사 유리는 제1 금속 보호층과 제2 금속 보호층을 1 : 0.4 내지 0.6의 두께비로 포함하는, 저방사 유리. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 저방사 유리는 KS L 2525 규격에 따라 측정된 방사율이 0.2 이하이고, KS L 2514 규격에 따라 측정된 380 내지 780 nm의 파장의 투과율이 60% 이상인, 저방사 유리.
