Claims (9)
- 엔진 흡기계로 재순환되는 배기가스를 냉각수를 이용하여 냉각시키며, 냉각수 배출을 위한 EGR 쿨러 출구가 구비되는 EGR 쿨러;
냉각수 배출을 위한 엔진 출구와 벤트홀이 구비되는 엔진;
엔진 시동이 걸릴 때 상기 EGR 쿨러와 엔진으로 냉각수를 순환시키는 워터펌프;
상기 벤트홀에 연결되어 상기 벤트홀에서 상기 EGR 쿨러 출구의 하류쪽으로 냉각수를 유동시키는 다이렉트 유로;
를 포함하는 차량용 냉각 시스템의 냉각수 유동 제어 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 다이렉트 유로에는 다이렉트 유로를 개폐할 수 있는 유동제어밸브가 설치되고, 상기 유동제어밸브는 엔진 시동이 걸릴 때 개방 모드로 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 냉각 시스템의 냉각수 유동 제어 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 유동제어밸브는 엔진 시동이 걸릴 때의 외기온도가 설정된 제1 온도 미만이면 폐쇄 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 냉각 시스템의 냉각수 유동 제어 장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 유동제어밸브는 엔진 시동이 걸릴 때의 외기온도가 상기 제1 온도 이상이면 개방 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 냉각 시스템의 냉각수 유동 제어 장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 엔진 출구의 하류에는 냉각수의 열 관리를 위한 열관리모듈이 설치되고, 상기 엔진 출구에서 배출된 냉각수는 상기 열관리모듈을 거쳐서 워터펌프로 유동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 냉각 시스템의 냉각수 유동 제어 장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 열관리모듈은,
상기 엔진 출구와 라디에이터 사이에 설치되는 제1 밸브부재와;
상기 엔진 출구와 히터 사이에 설치되는 제2 밸브부재; 및
상기 엔진 출구와 변속기오일 쿨러 사이에 설치되는 제3 밸브부재;
로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 냉각 시스템의 냉각수 유동 제어 장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 유동제어밸브는 제어기에 의해 제어되며,
상기 제어기는, 엔진 시동이 걸릴 때의 외기온도가 상기 제1 온도 미만이고 상기 히터가 작동 중이면, 상기 유동제어밸브를 폐쇄 작동시키는 동시에 상기 제2 밸브부재를 개방시킴에 의해 엔진에서 배출되는 냉각수를 상기 히터쪽으로 유동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 냉각 시스템의 냉각수 유동 제어 장치.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 제어기는, 주행중 상기 EGR 쿨러의 냉각수 온도가 설정된 제3 온도 이상으로 과열되면, EGR 쿨러의 작동을 중단시키고 상기 유동제어밸브를 폐쇄 모드로 작동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 냉각 시스템의 냉각수 유동 제어 장치.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 제어기는, 주행 중 상기 열관리모듈의 밸브부재들이 스턱되면 상기 유동제어밸브를 개방 작동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 냉각 시스템의 냉각수 유동 제어 장치.
