Claims (15)
- 아연 전구체, 철 전구체 및 물을 포함하는 금속 전구체 수용액을 제조하는 단계;
상기 금속 전구체 수용액의 철과 아연을 공침시켜 공침 용액을 제조하는 단계;
희석 용액을 이용하여 상기 공침 용액을 희석하는 단계;
상기 희석된 공침 용액에 세척 용액을 가하여 세척하는 단계;
공침물을 얻는 단계; 및
상기 공침물을 소성하는 단계를 포함하는 아연 페라이트 촉매의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 세척하는 단계는 0.5 bar 내지 5 bar의 압력으로 세척 용액을 가하는 세척하는 단계를 포함하는 아연 페라이트 촉매의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 세척하는 단계는 1 시간 내지 5 시간 동안 수행되는 것인 아연 페라이트 촉매의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 공침 용액의 부피 대 상기 희석 용액 및 세척 용액의 부피의 총합의 비율이 1:1 내지 1:6인 것인 아연 페라이트 촉매의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,

상기 아연 전구체 및 철 전구체는 각각 독립적으로 질산염(nitrate), 암모늄염(ammonium salt), 황산염(sulfate) 또는 염화물(chloride)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것인 아연 페라이트 촉매의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 공침 용액을 제조하는 단계의 공침 용액의 pH는 7 내지 10으로 유지되는 것인 아연 페라이트 촉매의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 아연 페라이트 촉매는 ZnFe2O4 결정 구조를 포함하는 아연 페라이트 촉매의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 아연 페라이트 촉매는 ZnFe2O4 결정 구조 및 α- Fe2O3의 혼합상인 것인 아연 페라이트 촉매의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
하기 수학식 1을 만족하는 것인 아연 페라이트 촉매의 제조방법:

상기 수학식 1에 있어서,
상기 A2는 상기 희석하는 단계를 포함하는 아연 페라이트 촉매의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 아연 페라이트 촉매의 전체 100 중량부 기준으로 α- Fe2O3의 결정 구조의 함량이고,
상기 A1은 상기 희석하는 단계를 포함하지 않는 아연 페라이트 촉매의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 아연 페라이트 촉매의 전체 100 중량부 기준으로 α- Fe2O3의 결정 구조의 함량이다. - 청구항 1 내지 13 중 어느 한 항에 따른 제조방법에 의해 제조된 아연 페라이트 촉매를 반응기에 충진시켜 촉매층을 형성하는 단계; 및
C4 유분 및 산소를 포함하는 반응물을 상기 촉매층에 연속적으로 통과시키면서 산화적 탈수소화 반응을 유도하는 단계를 포함하는 부타디엔의 제조방법. - 청구항 14에 있어서,
상기 산화적 탈수소화 반응은 200℃ 내지 600℃의 반응 온도 및 GHSV(Gas Hourly Space Velocity) 100h-1 내지 400h-1의 조건으로 반응되는 것인 부타디엔의 제조방법.
