도 2는 선반의 전기 회로의 구성예를 모식적으로 나타낸 블록도이다.
도 3은 정상인 절단 가공의 예를 모식적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
도 4는 정상이 아닌 절단 가공의 예를 모식적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
도 5는 절단 가공이 정상인 경우에 주축의 회전 속도의 시간 변화의 예를 모식적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
도 6은 절단 가공이 정상이 아닌 경우에 주축의 회전 속도의 시간 변화의 예를 모식적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
도 7은 수치 제어 장치에서 행해지는 절단 처리의 예를 나타내는 흐름도이다.
도 8은 수치 제어 장치에서 행해지는 절단 처리의 다른 예를 나타내는 흐름도이다.

Claims (2)
- 공작물을 파지(把持)하여 주축(主軸)중심선을 중심으로 하여 회전 가능한 제1 주축;
상기 제1 주축에 대향하여 상기 공작물을 파지하여 상기 주축중심선을 중심으로 하여 회전 가능한 제2 주축;
상기 제1 주축 및 상기 제2 주축에 파지되어 있는 상기 공작물을 절단(cut-off)하기 위한 절단용 공구(cut-off tool)가 설치되는 공구대; 및
상기 제1 주축 및 상기 제2 주축의 회전, 및 상기 제1 주축 및 상기 제2 주축과 상기 공구대와의 상기 공작물을 절단하기 위한 상대 이동을 제어하는 제어부;
를 구비하고,
상기 제어부는, 상기 공작물을 파지하고 있는 상기 제1 주축 및 상기 제2 주축을 동기(同期)시켜 회전시키고 나서 상기 제1 주축의 회전 속도를 변동시키고 상기 제2 주축의 회전 속도를 검출하고, 검출한 회전 속도의 변동이 소정 범위 내이면 상기 공작물의 절단이 정상인 것으로 판별하는, 선반. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는, 상기 공작물의 절단이 완료되는 위치에 상기 공구대를 이동시키면서 상기 제1 주축의 회전 속도를 변동시키고 상기 제2 주축의 회전 속도를 검출하고, 검출한 회전 속도의 변동이 상기 소정 범위 내이면 상기 공작물의 절단이 정상인 것으로 판별하는, 선반.
