Abstract
중심 입자와, 중심 입자의 표면을 피복하는 탄소질 피막을 포함하고, 탄소질 피막의 라만 스펙트럼 분석에 있어서, 1200~1400cm-1의 파수 대역에 있어서의 스펙트럼의 피크 강도를 D, 1400~1550cm-1의 스펙트럼의 최저 강도를 V, 1550~1700cm-1의 스펙트럼의 피크 강도를 G로 했을 때, 평균 D/G가 0.77~0.98, 또한 평균 V/G가 0.50~0.66이며, 평균 D/G를 a, 평균 V/G를 b로 했을 때, 식 X=a-1.47b에 있어서, X가 -0.1≤X≤0.1의 범위 내에 들어가는 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 정극 재료.

도 2는 비교예 1~3에 있어서의 라만 스펙트럼 강도비의, D/G(세로축)에 대한 V/G(가로축)의 플롯을 나타내는 그래프이다.
Claims (6)
- 중심 입자와, 상기 중심 입자의 표면을 피복하는 탄소질 피막을 포함하고,
상기 탄소질 피막의 라만 스펙트럼 분석에 있어서, 1200~1400cm-1의 파수 대역에 있어서의 스펙트럼의 피크 강도를 D값, 1400~1550cm-1의 파수 대역에 있어서의 스펙트럼의 최저 강도를 V값, 1550~1700cm-1의 파수 대역에 있어서의 스펙트럼의 피크 강도를 G값으로 했을 때, D/G의 평균값이 0.77 이상 0.98 이하이며, 또한 V/G의 평균값이 0.50 이상 0.66 이하이고,
상기 D/G의 평균값을 a, 상기 V/G의 평균값을 b로 했을 때, 식 X=a-1.47b에 있어서, X가 -0.1≤X≤0.1의 범위 내에 들어가는 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 정극 재료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
일반식 LixAyDzPO4(단, A는 Co, Mn, Ni, Fe, Cu 및 Cr로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종, D는 Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Ti, Zn, B, Al, Ga, In, Si, Ge, Sc 및 Y로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종, 0.9<x<1.1, 0<y≤1, 0≤z<1, 0.9<y+z<1.1)로 나타나는 상기 중심 입자를 포함하는 일차 입자 및 그 응집체를 주성분으로 하는 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 정극 재료. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
탄소 함유율이, 0.9질량% 이상 2.5질량% 이하인 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 정극 재료. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
X선 회절 측정에 의하여 해석한 결정자 직경이, 40nm 이상 200nm 이하인 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 정극 재료. - 전극 집전체와,
상기 전극 집전체 상에 형성된 정극 합제층을 구비한 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 정극으로서,
상기 정극 합제층은, 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 정극 재료를 함유하는 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 정극. - 정극과,
부극과,
비수 전해질을 구비하는 리튬 이온 이차 전지로서,
상기 정극으로서, 제 5 항에 기재된 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 정극을 구비하는 리튬 이온 이차 전지.
