Abstract
본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 풍력발전과 연계된 HVDC 시스템의 송전제한값 제어를 통한 전력계통 안정화 장치는 전력계통에 연계되며, 고장전류 공급이 가능한 풍력발전기의 정격용량을 이용하여 DC 전력제한값을 연산하는 연산부와, 상기 연산부로부터 전달된 DC 전력제한값을 전압의존 전류지령제한에 DC 제한값으로 적용하여 HVDC 시스템의 송전제한값을 증가시키는 전력안정화 제어기를 포함한다.

도 2는 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 전류형 HVDC 시스템의 구성을 나타내는 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 HVDC 제어기의 전압의존 전류지령제한(VDCOL, Voltage Dependent Current Order Limit) 기능을 보여주는 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 전력계통 안정화 장치의 구성을 나타내는 도면이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 AC 계통의 전력-전압 곡선을 나타내는 도면이다.
도 6은 단락비에 따른 최대전력곡선(MPC)상의 최대송전가능전력(MAP)의 예시도이다.
도 7은 그리드코드에 따라 전압강하 중에 고장전류를 출력하는 예시도이다.

Claims (7)
- 전력계통에 연계되며, 고장전류 공급이 가능한 풍력발전기의 정격용량을 이용하여 DC 전력제한값을 연산하는 연산부;
상기 연산부로부터 전달된 DC 전력제한값을 전압의존 전류지령제한에 DC 제한값으로 적용하여 HVDC 시스템의 송전제한값을 증가시키는 전력안정화 제어기를 포함하는, 풍력발전과 연계된 HVDC 시스템의 송전제한값 제어를 통한 전력계통 안정화 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고장전류 공급이 가능한 풍력발전기는 영구자석형 동기발전기 및 이중여자형 유도발전기를 포함하는, 풍력발전과 연계된 HVDC 시스템의 송전제한값 제어를 통한 전력계통 안정화 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전력안정화 제어기는 유효전력, DC전압, DC전류가 입력되고, 상기 HVDC 시스템으로 Alpha 및 Gamma 지령을 출력하는, 풍력발전과 연계된 HVDC 시스템의 송전제한값 제어를 통한 전력계통 안정화 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전력안정화 제어기는,
전류제어기, 전압제어기, 소호각 제어기 및 점호각 선택부를 포함하고,
상기 점호각 선택부는 상기 전류제어기, 상기 전압제어기, 상기 소호각 제어기에 대하여 최소 점호각을 선택하여 상기 전류제어기, 상기 전압제어기, 상기 소호각 제어기를 제어하고, 상기 전류 제어기의 기준값은 전압의존 전류지령제한(VDCOL) 함수를 거쳐서 생성되는, 풍력발전과 연계된 HVDC 시스템의 송전제한값 제어를 통한 전력계통 안정화 장치.
