Claims (16)
- 열가소성 고분자, 특히 열가소성 엘라스토머를 분쇄하고 그로부터 미리 정의된 입자 분포를 갖는 분말상 물질을 생산하기 위한 방법으로서,
- 덩어리 형태로 제공되는 상기 열가소성 고분자를 분쇄 장치에서 출발 분말로 분쇄하는 단계
- 상기 미리 정의된 입자 분포에 도달할 때까지 적어도 한번 상기 출발 분말을 선별하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 출발 분말의 점성 및 응집 형성력을 감소시키는 이형제는 상기 분쇄 단계동안 상기 분쇄 장치에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 이형제는 다음의 군 즉, 계면활성제, 왁스, 금속 비누에서 적어도 하나로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 항 또는 제2 항에 있어서, 상기 이형제는 소수성인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 항 내지 제3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이형제는 상기 고분자의 용융점 온도와 최대 30℃, 바람직하게는 최대 20℃, 특히 최대 10℃ 차이가 나는 용융점 온도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 항 내지 제4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이형제는 상기 출발 분말의 생산이 완료되기 전에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 항 내지 제5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 선별 단계에서 적어도 하나의 기계적으로 움직이는 체(46), 특히 진동 체(46), 텀블링 동작을 수행하는 체(46), 초음파에 의해 여기된 체(46)가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 항 내지 제6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이형제는 상기 열가소성 고분자의 중량을 기준으로 최대 5 wt%, 특히 최대 3 wt%, 바람직하게는 최대 2 wt%로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 항 내지 제7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이형제는 상기 열가소성 고분자의 중량을 기준으로 적어도 0.1 wt%, 특히 적어도 0.2 wt%로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 항 내지 제8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분쇄 단계는 분쇄기에서 수행되고, 상기 이형제는 덩어리 형태로 제공되는 상기 열가소성 고분자와 함께 상기 분쇄기에 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 항 내지 제9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분쇄 단계는 적어도 하나의 분무 노즐 및 배출구(42)를 갖는 분무 탑을 이용하고, 상기 이형제는 상기 분무 탑으로, 특히 상기 분무 노즐과 상기 배출구(42) 사이에서 상기 분무 탑으로 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 항 내지 제10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 고분자는 정상 온도에서의 Shore A 경도가 90 미만, 특히 80 미만, 바람직하게는 70 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 열가소성 고분자, 특히 열가소성 엘라스토머를 분쇄하고 그로부터 미리 정의된 입자 분포를 갖는 분말상 물질을 생산하기 위한 장치로서,
- 덩어리 형태로 제공되는 열가소성 고분자용 분쇄 장치로서, 바람직하게는 분쇄기 또는 분무 탑을 포함하고, 상기 열가소성 고분자용 주입구, 출발 분말용 배출구(42), 및 선택적으로 예를 들어 극저온 가스용과 같은 추가 공급 파이프(30)가 있는 분쇄 장치
- 상기 분쇄 장치의 하류에 배치되고, 상기 출발 분말이 전달되는 파이프라인을 통해 연결되는 선별 장치(44)로서, 상기 미리 정의된 입자 분포를 위해 설계된 적어도 하나의 체(46)를 갖는 선별 장치(44)를 포함하고,
상기 분쇄 장치는 상기 분쇄 장치에 이형제를 도입하기 위한 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치. - 제12 항에 있어서, 상기 수단은 상기 이형제용 파이프(30) 또는 노즐(38)이고, 상기 수단은 바람직하게는 상기 열가소성 고분자용 주입구 또는 선택적인 추가 공급 파이프(30)와 통합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제12 항 또는 제13 항에 있어서, 상기 분쇄 장치는 적어도 하나의 분무 노즐 및 배출구(42)를 갖는 분무 탑이 있고, 이형제를 도입하기 위한 수단은 상기 분무 노즐과 상기 배출구(42) 사이에서 상기 분무 탑에 배치된 적어도 하나의 노즐(38)인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제14 항에 있어서, 상기 분무 노즐을 빠져나온 액적은 상기 분무 탑 내에서 상기 배출구(42)쪽으로 이동하고, 특히 상기 배출구(42)쪽으로 떨어지고, 상기 노즐(38)은 상기 액적이 이동하는 이형제의 미스트를 상기 분무 탑에서 발생시키기 위해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제12 항 또는 제13 항에 있어서, 상기 분쇄 장치는 분쇄기를 포함하고, 상기 이형제용 파이프(30)는 상기 열가소성 고분자용 및/또는 선택적으로는 극저온 가스용 유입부(56)와 함께 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
