Claims (10)

1. Postupak za usitnjavanje termoplastičnog polimera, i za proizvodnju praškaste tvari s unaprijed definiranom raspodjelom zrna iz toga, koji ima sljedeće korake postupka: - unaprijed definiranje željene raspodjele zrna praškaste tvari, - usitnjavanje termoplastičnog polimera, dostavljenog u obliku gruda, u uređaju za usitnjavanje kako bi se proizveo početni prah koji sadrži zrnca, - prosijavanje navedenog početnog praha najmanje jednom dok se ne dobije praškasta tvar s unaprijed definiranom raspodjelom zrna, pri čemu se sredstvo za odvajanje uvodi u uređaj za usitnjavanje u koraku usitnjavanja, pri čemu sredstvo za odvajanje ima oblik finog praha i oblaže zrnca početnog praha na način prašine, čime se smanjuje ljepljivost početnog praha i sposobnost stvaranja aglomerata, pri čemu se a) korak usitnjavanja provodi u mlinu koji je dio uređaja za usitnjavanje i tijekom tog procesa rashladno sredstvo se dovodi u uređaj za usitnjavanje na temperaturi < -50°C, ili b) korak usitnjavanja koristi toranj za raspršivanje, u kojem se termoplastični polimer usitnjava taljenjem ili otapanjem i zatim atomiziranjem pomoću najmanje jedne mlaznice za raspršivanje, pri čemu se rashladno sredstvo dovodi u uređaj za usitnjavanje na temperaturi < -50°C .
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je sredstvo za odvajanje odabrano iz najmanje jednog iz sljedeće skupine: surfaktanti, voskovi, metalni sapuni.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što da je sredstvo za odvajanje hidrofobno.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što sredstvo za odvajanje ima temperaturu tališta koja se razlikuje od temperature tališta polimera za najviše 30°C.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se sredstvo za odvajanje dovodi prije završetka proizvodnje početnog praha.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se najmanje jedno mehanički pomicano sito (46), posebno vibrirajuće sito (46), sito (46) koje izvodi prevrtanje ili sito (46) koje se pobuđuje ultrazvukom, koristi u koraku prosijavanja.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se sredstvo za odvajanje daje u težinskom postotku koji ne prelazi 5% u odnosu na težinu termoplastičnog polimera.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se sredstvo za odvajanje daje u težinskom postotku koji nije manji od 0.1 težinskog postotka u odnosu na težinu termoplastičnog polimera.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što termoplastični polimer ima tvrdoću Shore A manju od 90 na normalnoj temperaturi.
10. Uređaj za izvođenje postupka prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, koji je konfiguriran za usitnjavanje termoplastičnog polimera i proizvodnju praškaste tvari s unaprijed definiranom distribucijom zrna, koji ima kao karakteristična svojstva - uređaj za usitnjavanje termoplastičnih polimera koji se dostavlja u obliku gruda, koji uključuje mlin ili toranj za raspršivanje, i koji ima ulaz za termoplastični polimer, izlaz (42) za početni prah, i dovodni vod (30) za rashladno sredstvo s temperaturom < -50°C, - i uređaj za prosijavanje (44) koji je postavljen nizvodno od uređaja za usitnjavanje i povezan s njim preko cjevovoda u kojima se prenosi početni prah, pri čemu uređaj za prosijavanje (44) ima najmanje jedno sito (46) koje je dizajnirano za unaprijed definiranu distribuciju žitarica, pri čemu uređaj za usitnjavanje ima sredstvo za uvođenje sredstva za odvajanje u uređaj za usitnjavanje.
